Finding the location was confusing,as the e mail instructions were not easy to follow. The main building name was small,and given much less prominence than the Appartment name, which should have been on the lower door entrance.I drove past the building 3 times looking for the name...

perfect place to enjoy Concarneau - what a view!!

the perfect package; located at one of the most beautiful beaches around, short walking distance to the city center and ville close. the apartment is modern, nicely furnished and well equipped with everything including coffee and the cooking basics. the host is exceptional and easy to talk with, making the stay easy and comfortable. the best for last: the view!!! the balcony right above the sea is perfect for private breakfasts or sunset dinners.

Magic seaviews from the balcony of this peaceful comfortable Studio

Loved the situation so close to the sea - fabulous place to watch the sunsets from the balcony. Well appointed Studio close to town yet peaceful.

The cupboards were too high, I'm 1.5m so not exactly a dwarf but the wine glasses and condiments etc were totally out of my reach. Otherwise its really a great place to stay.

Un petit studio joliement aménagé, avec une petite cuisine bien pratique, une jolie petite salle de bains et une vue magnifique, directement sur la mer. Si le temps s'y prete, possibilité de profiter directement de la mer depuis le balcon... Franchement top ! Les indications tres détaillées de Frederique pour l'arrivee à l'appartement sont aussi tres efficaces et très pratiques. Emplacement idéal si vous allez à la thalasso qui se trouve juste de l'autre côté de la rue...

Merveilleux séjour

Tout : l'appartement petit mais fonctionnel et bien équipé, le balcon permettant de prendre ses repas ou de se reposer, la vue directe sur la mer que ce soit du balcon ou de l'intérieur de l'appartement, la propreté, l'accueil et la gentillesse du propriétaire. Sans oublier : l'accès immédiat à la plage des sables blancs et au sentier côtier permettant la découverte de splendides paysages ainsi que l'accès à Concarneau et à la ville close en 25 minutes à pieds par une jolie promenade.

Appartement les pieds dans l'eau ! Vue incroyable sur la mer. Logement bien équipé et décoré avec goût. Yohan est très réactif par message.

Le seul bémol de ce logement est le lit, beaucoup trop mou à notre goût. Sinon tout était parfait.

Le site, bord de mer ; le parcage ; l'accueil dédicacé ; le lit fait, les serviettes, torchon ; la facilité de nettoyage avec un très bon modèle d'aspirateur.

L'eau de la douche qui déborde un peu sur le parquet de la salle de bain, l'absence de micro-ondes.

La vue est incroyable !!!! J'ai rarement eu un logement avec une vue si magnifique. Si vous voulez déconnecter avec comme seul bruit les vagues et les mouettes c'est l'endroit idéal . Merci à Yohan pour toutes ses petites attentions . Déconnexion totale .
