Excellent location and air conditioning
Missing tiles in the shower, missing timber floor board in the bathroom and the shower tiles need a good scrub / clean

It is clearly the best location in Florence. It is 30 meters to the Ponte Vecchio and on the south side of the river so very easy access to all of Tuscany, Bolgheri, Pisa, Lucca etc. The Garage Lugarno is right up the street and they are good about getting the ZTL paperwork (restricted driving zone) filled out once you send your plate. There are two separate bedrooms should you need that which share a bathroom and there is a WC in the hall. All this is great. I cannot say enough about the location.
What drives me crazy (we have stayed there before) is that for a tiny sum of money, as in much less than we just paid for 3 nights charge, it could be great, It's small things like cleaning materials. If you want guests to keep your place clean make it easy. The same tile in the bathroom that was missing three years ago is STILL missing? The directions for the washer/dryer are not the right ones. It is fine to hang things on the racks provided but give proper instructions. As far as we could tell there are no television channels in English. Nada. We arrived and the second bedroom did not have linens on the bed. This was fixed promptly but it shouldn't happen. Leave a few extra towels for God's sake. Florence is hot and one might shower more than once a day. These are all very very simple fixes that would make the stay so much nicer. To finish I will absolutely be back as the location is terrific and the management company is responsive. I have sent people there several times and I am tired of telling them BUT this and that are not great. I have had rental properties for 40 years. Just fix it.

La ubicación perfecta , camas cómodas .
La lavadora no funcionaba, la plancha estaba quemada , muy oscuro , la madera del baño estaba levantada y poca presión en la ducha.
