The host was very helpful indeed and very responsive as well. She even organised for us to get access to the room earlier than planned which was very helpful especially since I was travelling with my family. The apartment is also in a perfect location with lots of bars and restaurants nearby and close enough to the tourist centre but with the added benefit of not being right in the middle of it.
It was a shame that the room was not cleaned daily and that this would require an additional charge.

Where to start, this was a fabulous stay! The apartment is so homely, clean & the beds were really comfortable. The air con was a life saver & the location is fantastic, 1 min from the Ponte Vecchio & the hustle & bustle. Federica the host was fabulous, so helpful & communication was brilliant. We’ll be back, couldn’t have asked by anything more.

The location is incredible: so convenient to visit the entire city within walking distance. The apartment itself is well furbished and decorated, the A/Cs work well, and the host was helpful and kind. As a family with young kids, this worked perfectly well to discovery Florence.
