We took one of the most popular vacation homes in San Antonio and made it even BETTER! This ADORABLE home has earned SuperHost accreditation for nearly 10 years, and as of November 15, 2022, it has a fresh, new look, with so many updates and thoughtful touches, we can barely keep track! Not only did we update the pool and add a beautiful 6-person hot tub, we completely renovated the interior to include high-end finishes, additional sleeping, new bathroom updates, all new beds, new lighting, and so much more.
Enjoy outdoor activities YEAR-ROUND with our spacious pool (not heated, but open year-round), new hot tub, grill, outdoor dining area, cabana, yard games, hammock and more!
This 3 Bedroom/2.5 bath home can now accommodate a maximum of 13 people, though we encourage groups of 10 or less for maximum comfort. Conveniently located in a safe, convenient, family neighborhood in the heart of everything. Our home is within walking distance of New Territories Park (running trails, fitness circuit, playground and more). Just 7 miles to Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, The National Shooting Complex, La Cantera (high-end shopping, restaurants & golf), I-10 Corridor, The Rim, iFly, Andretti Racing, USAA, Medical Center, UTSA, Government Canyon State Natural Area & more! Just 20 minutes from Lackland Air Force Base, as well as downtown attractions like The Alamo, River Walk, The Pearly Brewery district, and more! While we are in the heart of all things San Antonio, and near about every attraction you could ever want to see, you may never want to leave the comforts of home.

Whether work or pleasure brings you to San Antonio, this gorgeous extended-stay (or vacation) home will provide a true island living experience, right in the heart of the Alamo City! Our home provides a welcome alternative to cramped apartments or extended-stay hotels. Whether you're coming into town to escape the winter, or if you're here for a work assignment, military orders, or even a medical procedure at the nearby medical center, there's no reason to be limited to a hotel.
Did we mention there is a PRIVATE in-ground pool?! The beautiful weather in San Antonio affords us the luxury of having our pool open YEAR ROUND! Our pool is not heated, but history has proven December and January (and sometimes February) are really the only months it gets too cold to swim.
The cabana features a bar with ROKU TV ( a great place to watch a game!) and additional sleeping, if needed. We've included a queen futon, 2 twin beds, and plenty of chairs and living space. 2 sets of double doors open to outdoor living at it's finest. PLEASE NOTE: there is NO bathroom in the cabana, so this would be a fun place to nap or sleep for a night or two, but longer-term renters will want to utilize the 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths inside the home.

Living room: sleeper sofa (comfy queen) + sleeper chair w/ gel mattress

Other amenities include: high speed wireless internet, washer & dryer, quartz countertops, touchless faucet, all kitchen appliances (refrigerator, oven/stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, etc), stocked kitchen (dishes, pots, plans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc), large master bedroom w/ en suite, 3 TV's (one mounted over the fireplace) all TV's inside the home have Fire sticks installed to use your own personal apps and free IMDBTV for movies and news., the cabana has a ROKU TV, stainless steel gas grill, and much more!

OMG is all I can say. The property was clean from the front to the back. Everything was so nice. The pool and hot tub were maintained very well. All of the beds are so soft and comfortable. The property own was quick to respond when I had a question which was a A in my book. My family and I will definitely be revisiting his home when we go back to San Antonio.

Overall the house was good. Pool and spa was nice.
There are some issues with broken thresholds, especially the one by the cabana. Wasp nest on back patio and we encountered some dirty dishes. Some of the doors don’t close well and the lack of locks on some doors doesn’t allow for privacy.
Trash bin contained previous guest trash and it filled quickly. Overall it was decent enough to accommodate.
