A lovely 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms home (sleep 9) and a cottage (with bunk beds for 6 children) additional fee if group is smaller than 9

This house is right for business meetings, a large or small family, individual stay, etc. It's in a lovely neighborhood where the peacocks and deer roam freely through and give you a spectacular show.
*3-5 minutes from Medical Center, Walmart, HEB grocery store. Chinese, Italian, Mexican, and American food restaurants, Starbucks and Dave & Buster's.
10-20 minutes to The Alamo, River Walk Mall, or Tower of the Americas
15-20 minutes from Six flag, downtown, Sea World, La Cantera, Northstar Mall, Airport, etc.
Immediate access to HI10 and Loop 410.
*30-60 minutes to Canyon Lake, New Braunfels, San Marcos, and Austin. You're in a prime location to see San Antonio and the greater area.
Our Home is a 3BR/2BA, just remodeled. Is very spacious and has a little over 2000 sq ft of living space. Open living areas and fully equipped kitchen, dishes, soap, condiments, towels are provided. Just bring your food and personal items. Washer and dryer available. There are 3 TVs. Wood and tile floors. Fireplace. Fenced backyard. A large parking area and garage.

The house was very close to the hospital district which is why I chose this place. It was perfect for accommodating 9 people. The stove was my main problem the flames did not go high enough therefore taking a long time to cook a basic breakfast. The shower needs to have a full door enclosure. We purchased charcoal and grilled on the wonderful grill outside. The house was pet friendly. I will consider renting here again. It's rightfully called the peacock house! Drive way was uphill uncle had a hard time getting out of car and walking up but he's 90. Nice accommodations for him as far as a walker wheelchair n walk in showers. Back bedroom bed frame was off balance tv in bedrooms didn't work. Admired them peacocks. We had mosquitos n flies but couldn't find flyswatter. Paper goods were thin.
