About this house rental

Home away from home. BMT families, we are located inside Loop 1604 and a few minutes from Lackland AFB. Great for everyone (Business Executives to family vacationers) to enjoy and appreciate in kid friendly environment. Our home is beautiful and elegant located in a quite community. We are centrally located within minutes from Sea World, Six Flags, The Alamo, Riverwalk, Museum, Golf Course, LACKLAND AFB (BMT Graduation), Shopping, Restaurants etc.... A great place to stay, a great location, at a Great Value for everyone to enjoy. My home features 4 beautifully decorated bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, formal dinning room, a beautiful kitchen featuring granite counter tops (that a novise cook or experience Chef would enjoy) and a beautifully decorated living room with a 55' HDTV for your enjoyment, and laundry room (w/washer, dryer, iron and ironing board).

This house is very clean and spacious. Quiet neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants. Patio is a peaceful place to relax after an adventurous day. Communicating with Stan, excellent. Would highly recommend.

Great house, great neighborhood!! Close to just about anything you would need. We stayed 6 nights, as we were in town for our son’s graduation. Stan was prompt with communication, we had a small issue, but he took care of it quickly, within an hour. He was great, and let us know when he finished up, and left the house! I hate giving four stars, because he uses a cleaning service, but the floors and corner rounds needed some extra attention. When I mentioned to him about the cleaning he was on top of it to get with his cleaners. The only other thing, the beds were a little uncomfortable, but I feel that is to each person’s preference. Recommend staying here!! Great host!

Property was clean and everything in place. Close to sea world and many dining areas. Home was a little old but was kept really well. We did see couple instances of roaches but did not notice infestation. Being in TX we have seen few so thats ok with me with food leftovers and doors left open all the time. Stan is very responsive on text and was very kind to provide us with an airmattress when requested. We couldnt use it ultimately since beds had trundle! They have 2.5 shower which was not a problem for us but for all adult groups it might be! All in all a very nice property and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. This might be place to stay for all future visits. This is an hour from Fredricksburg and Natural Caverns and away from all the traffic downtown!! 5 Stars for location/Communication/property.

Prior to checking in, the owners were very easy to communicate with and were very helpful with information. Once we arrived, everything was as it should be, the security system was a nice bonus, there was plenty of room for my family of 5, and there were no issues while we were there. Great location and perfect for multigenerational groups. SeaWorld was just a short drive (~10 mins) and distance to the Riverwalk, San Antonio Zoo and San Antonio Missions National Park weren't bad either (~20-30 mins). Close to HEB, Walmart, and Target for grocery and/or last minute/emergency items. The home itself was cozy, with the exception of a few maintenance issues: upstairs shower faucet was loose but functional, front door latch broke (owner easily contacted and fixed the next day). Noticed cobwebs/spiders behind the door in the powder room, the dishwasher had a foul odor but nothing a few pods and running a sanitizing cycle couldn't fix. Children may not mind the bunk bed trundle mattress, but was not comfortable for an adult. Hot water may be an issue for large groups such as ours. Instructions were easy to follow, appreciated the alarm system. Noticed we left my son's security blanket behind and Stan was willing to mail it back, most definitely appreciated this. Overall, the location was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay, would stay again in the future.

This location was perfect for what we needed. The location was very close to SeaWorld and easy to get to/from. The only negative was the Apartment complex behind this house. The lights from the parking lot were extremely bright in the Master Bedroom. I would recommend some darker curtains or blinds over the thin curtains that were in there. Communication with the owner was great and the check-in/check-out process was very easy.

We needed a place to relax with our Airman after graduation and it was perfect for that. I felt it could have been cleaner but it worked perfectly for what we needed. It was a quiet neighborhood and in a convenient location. The host was friendly and easily accessible. There was a nice outdoor patio with a grill and a good size yard.
