Clean, well located, good restaurant

the breakfast was plentiful and delicious, beautifully presented in de Hemel restaurant,ie Heaven in english. the pool was beautiful, i would have liked steps to enter pool easier. the bedroom very comfortable with small balcony, nice bathroom, a rack to air towels would be great. the beds very comfortable. had dinner every night in the Western restaurant, beautiful wine, delicious food, very nice servers. we saw a cabinet which would open, people go in, door closes. we checked and it was a beautiful club/ bar with live music. Tiara in the reception very professional and friendly. young waiter, called sorry can’t recall, he is very promising, very good english already and working on his dream future, applause. we had a massage in hotel, heavenly! I thought it was a pity that the antique, old timer cars, a Mercedes and Fiat were difficult to take photos of. We left the hotel thinking, this would be hard to bypass, such a great experience, Malang also beautiful colonial style, such beautiful townhouses and villas, wide boulevard. You could almost feel the atmosphere of years gone by. i don’t approve of colonialism but can’t help thinking romantiac time would have been special for the colonials.

Quiet location.

The hotel room was dark without any natural light and therefore felt oppressive. The music piped through speakers into the hallway was quite annoying in the evening.
