Salva, at the concierge, was extremely helpful in organising the transfers from our previous hotel, and to the next one. She also helped us finding a tour to visit Mt. Bromo at the sunrise.
We got a connecting room which quickly became really noisy as the guests in the next room arrived.
The food quality at the hotel is really poor: we found insects in our vegetables at the international restaurant and, although subjective, the quality and taste of the other dishes we tried was really low.
