Everything about atlantic palms..staff,Breakfast , hospitality. Kindness and understanding. Our flight was at 8pm and they manage to accormodate us even after check in. U feel @hame.

They never show the back courtyard pictures on google...we expercted to be at the main Hotel.

Not an ideal location for the area and a lack of mgt and quality throughout the hotel

Some f the staff were great but the overall feeling was a little like no one was in charge and able to deal with complaints or issues and they simply all reverted to the rules or the lack of someone in charge to help

the room proximity to the corridor was a joke for a suite, the room had an open bath yet any time of day for any privacy you had to completly draw all the curtains.

Once you experience this place you might start coming back from time to time, so we did. Besides the comfortable rooms and the place itself, the highlight is the breakfast and the sunset of course. There is a variety of food you will definitely like ( egg Benedict ) or some amazing muffins as good as from mugg & bean :) the hospitality is very good. You will get served. The Pool area is the place during the day, where you can meet people from allover. If you feel like having a snack or a bottle of wine, you just order something. Its all tasty and there is no need to go somewhere else. The sunbeds are comfortable. Most people like the sunset in front of the city with table mountain. The beach is big , windy most of the time, perfect for kitesurfing. what else: secure parking available. If you take an Uber to drive somewhere its easy going. The staff is very helpful and need some more tip.

We appreciate the little things , sometimes the communication could be better. We do miss a warm welcome and getting a free drink ( coffee / tea / something ) while waiting for the room. Early Check In isn't really an option. Maybe regulars should get better options. The pictures on booking doesn't show the outside exactly. There a rooms they feel smaller and the view from a tiny bathroom isn't stunning at all. All depends from you category. But for the prices , you should be aware of differences. Another point is .. you sharing the pool with all other guests , which are located next to it, because of they rooms. After an amazing sunset - during the night you will getting disturbed from the walky talky of the security - could be more quiet the place. Last thing to mention .. this place needs some attention for details : water is running from the air con straight down the terrace to the sunbeds downstairs, just a gutter could solve the problem. There a lose screws on the pool deck already .. also the umbrellas needs some more secure. We think, if nobody's cares about the place it will ruin the standard. Thanks anyway for everything :)

Amazing location, EXCEPTIONAL staff.

Absolutely EVERYTHING! The view of the sea and the mountain really stood out for me. The staff is exceptional. You actually feel like a VIP😅 Kimmy at reception checked up on us as we had not checked in by 20:00 and made sure we were safe. He welcomed us so well, we really felt like we were important. The staff at reception and the kitchen really know how to deal with people. You have such lovely staff 👌The buffet breakfast was really amazing. A great variety of food choose from.

- Small and cozy hotel with direct beach access - Incredible views over Capetown (even if you get a room without views), just walk 10 meters - Excellent breakfast - Recommendation: Get an upper floor room for great views and extra privacy

The trip was exceptional, we felt relieved and relaxed and it really felt like home 🏠 .

Excellent stay

fantastic staff, location, and restaurant, our in house butler (if you call him that) was fantastic and helped us with everything and anything - located on the beach in an afluent suburb, views of Table mountain - what more could you want, great and comfortable room, great breakfast each morning and dinner or lunch if you wanted - many visitors from SA and all over the world - I would recoment this to all my friends - close enought to the city to catch and Uber but not to close to all the hussel and bussel

Everything went well except that there was a mistake of 2 bookings instead of one and I haven't received my money for the second room because we never used it, I hope your company will process my reimbursement soon

Atlantic Palms can't be beaten.

The location is fabulous. Right on the beachfront, with a great view of Table Mountain. We also find the Milnerton/Sunset Beach area, very convenient. There is a small shopping centre nearby with a Woolies food shop and restaurant if you need anything. The dining room at the hotel is open for all meals and the food is delicious. The staff, every single one, are outstanding. Always happy, always obliging, always polite. The rooms are wonderful - big, well laid out, lots of drawers and cupboard space, a fire place, a/c and a little lounge and dressing table area. The mattress is excellent.

The cleanliness, the views, the extremely friendly and accommodating staff. Exceptional quality and standards. They make you feel at home and cater to your needs. The views are exceptional and breathtaking overlooking table mountain. The step out onto the beach in your backyard vibe was amazing, the water the sand the view simply awesome. Would definitely be visiting atlantics palms again.

The whole place feels like a mini paradise. Great for relaxing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was scrumptious. Overall, awesome atmosphere. I enjoyed my stay.
