Incorrect information on Booking.com

Friendly staff.

The property is not the same as on the photos. Information on Booking.com is completely false. Location is NOT beachfront. The is no SPA or wellness There was also NO housekeeping. We stayed 3 nights and our room was not cleaned not once, towels were not changed. Soundproofing was very bad. Also our door was constantly hitting, even when all windows were closed (first we thought it was because of the wind).

Due to the staff, they made our stay very memorable.

Customer service of the workers was top notch. Very friendly and respectable. Our stay was very comfortable and would not hesitate to go again.

The jacuzzi did not work for our whole 4 day stay at the lodge. The pool was also not clean to swim in. We book to use facilities and we could not enjoy any of it.

The property was next to the Sunset beach and the owner of the property was receptive even organised me a room with a Balcony even though the one i booked didn’t have an option for a balcony…I was so impressed thanks to the owner of the property..

Arriving at the property which shown and is on the address and then being taken to another property which was never communicated and getting there finding out it’s not what’s advertised on the pics upon arrival you see bottles of alcohol outside by the pool. I asking about parking which was mentioned to being told that no we can park on the street by the staff there and when writing a message asking about parking I get a reply saying there is I’ll be taken to it upon arrival I reply back saying I’m here already then I don’t receive any replies after

Can you please add a female staff member. There are certain things a female can see and do. For example, if you are female only, it is not easy for a male to just come and check you out if there is anything you need. I understand his protecting himself.

Very bad experience I would never stey there. We did not even slaap there as it was to filthy. I demand my money back

Nothing, we did not even sleep there. We went back home rather than to sleep a night there

There was no staff to assist us to get the house key. We had to ask other visitors to assist and then we were taken to the garage where the pots were washed by one of the staff and got the key from him. The property was falsely advertised. We were taken to another property to stay. The bathroom was very dirty with muddy foot marks on the floor. The toilet leaked. The bedding was dirty. Would not recommend this property and I want my money back, because it was false advertisement and we did not even sleep there because of the filthy room.

The cats around the area are scary, Even when opening the door of the room you find cats infront and staring at you. This was not pleasant at all.

The room is very run down and needs some TLC. There are floor tiles that are broken and the furniture is not in good condition. The pictures and the reality are 2 different things.

We stayed coz we had no where else to go

Just the shower and the bed

Pool was dirty,the place was noisy but they promised a soundproof room but there was no soundproof and all.we booked a room with a mountain view and our package included breakfast but when we got there,the room had no mountain view and they denied that we paid for the breakfast included package,so we ended up not getting the breakfast we paid for,we asked for a private entrance to ours room but didn't get that either

Disappointed

The owner was not present for the three days we were there. Staff were very helpful. However the overall standard of the property was disappointing. No air conditioning. Plugs did not work. Tiles in bathroom needed to be replaced - cracked. Room needed to be repainted. Generally neglected. Parking was a nightmare. Once in you got blocked in and others had to be contacted before you could reverse out. Breakfast ok - no butter. Generally lacking the small details. The jacuzzi wasn’t working and noisy pump by our bedroom.

Lovely and peaceful

The two guys were so kind and patient with me and I checked in after 11PM. The rooms are really lovely.

I think they should change towels from brown to white for Hygiene purposes. Otherwise, everything was good.

Default not Luxary!

Nothing - maybe just location

The room was nothing like rooms in your photos. No mini bar as advertised - although there was a very aged pricing menu on the fridge. No DSTV as advertised - even though still on the details card. Poor tea and coffee facilities - No tea, no milk or creamer, no brown sugar or sweetner. Just coffee and white sugar. Bathroom - No curtains or blinds - old blind hooks still there. Clearly, new mirror, as you can see exactly where the old one was - cracked tiles - poor floor tiling as not tiled up to basin cabinets. Miss matched towels used. Infant two towels taken out after first night left with just 1. The bathroom is generally old - definitely not luxary. Clearly, any patch up jobs done poorly as wholes just filled and not finished off correctly so you can see all the patch ups.Skirtings super dirty. Communial area - Table in communal area dirty and un-kept. Various mirrors and pictures hidden behind the curtains in full view of anyone using the belcony. Walls and doors dirty and just need to be wiped.. On leaving the establishment, I could not find anyone to open the gate for me. The staff seemed to have disappeared 😕

Twice people had to come into our room to take measurements in the bathroom, losing all Sense of privacy. The water does not work during loadshedding, something which you would think that they would warn you about. Garden looks terrible and the property is overrun with succulents on every square inch. I would not recommend this place.

it was only for one night. staff were fantastic. place was clean, neat and modern.

The water pressure was not great at all and you couldn’t even run a bath. to take a shower was a trickle.
