Superb location, on top floor of ancient townhouse on the old walls of Antibes, near the cathedral and chateaux. Terrace with spectacular views of the sea.

Thoroughly enjoyable in a good sized comfortable apartment

The location was superb, front line overlooking the Mediterranean, could almost touch it. Apartment was well appointed and comfortable. Nothing too much trouble for the host. Will definitely return and recommend

Just a steep staircase up to the apartment so was a struggle with a large suitcase and entrance very scruffy

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Antibes

beautiful view from the 3(!)balconies, tasteful decorations, welcome coffee and snack, comfortable bed

construction in building that we weren’t informed of, it’s cold on the ground floor in winter and the living room doesn’t heat up properly so it’s cold. Kitchen can be better supplied with pots and pans.

Beautiful location

The location is fabulous, right in the historic area. It’s a pedestrian zone, so there are lots of restaurants and cafes, and even the open air market, but it’s still quiet. We were in the duplex, where we enjoyed beautiful views and a full kitchen. There were a lot of electrical outlets, and the set up with the shower and toilet being in different rooms made it easier for both of us to get ready at the same time. The host was very responsive to my questions prior to our visit.

Hot water ran out quickly. Laundry facilities were only available 10 am to 7 pm, and we had trouble with the machines, so after two failed attempts we ended up at a laundromat.

The location is excellent and the view from the balcony is just devine. The hosts were very responsive and quick to help.

Lovely stay in Antibes!

Beautiful view, very spacious and perfect location to walk to everything in the old town of Antibes! We loved staying here for our few nights in Antibes. Wish we could have stayed longer! Check in/out was easy as was communication. We only wish the mattress of the sofa bed was more comfortable, as well as all of the pillows. We found them to be a bit lumpy and hard. Something to also keep in mind is that no cars enter the old town, so when we were dropped off outside the old town we had walk quite a bit with all of our luggage, which was fine but a bit of an inconvenience for the person in our party that has mobility issues. The welcome gift was lovely, and the apartment had everything we needed for our stay, though we may have misunderstood about there being a washer available. We didn’t see one in the apartment, though there was detergent available. Overall, we had an amazing stay, and would absolutely stay again!

In the heart of old town. Many places to have coffee, market just on the next street everyday except Monday for fresh fruits/vegetables/meat or cheeses. Lots of room, beds very comfortable. Hosts were great about checking that we had everything we needed.

Be careful what you book !

The location was very good , easy to get to all areas of Antibes!

The apartment wasn’t the one we were expecting ! Having booked the Loft apartment a couple of times and had to cancel due to covid and travel restrictions, I presumed it was the loft we had been rebooked for. Our apartment had rather steep stairs to access the bedroom area and the loo , and most importantly to get to the balconies!!! My husband had a very bad knee injury so simply to get to our apartment leave alone up to sleeping area was incredibly difficult and stressful. I had booked nearly a year in advance and at no time did I read there were stairs inside the apartment believing it was the Loft !! We had no alternative, as we were fully paid up and told Loft was all booked up 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️😟 Ps having fractured both my knees earlier in year , this apartment, if I’d known wouldn’t have been an option. Our stay was dramatically affected by our accommodation and our visit to Antibes will be a once off I’m afraid!

Fantastic view out of a window in a great location.

Great location ,

Uncomfortable bed and sofa bed , very old bed linen and pillows .Not a great expense to host to have quality fresh clean linen , €850 for 5 x nights, not expecting 5 stars, but very basic apt. Thought I was booking one of the apartments with a terrace, but that was not the case , Don't be fooled! I was told by the host that i should have seen the options, but i didn't because our apt was apparently the only one available when i booked . Very disappointed, we did move and paid for a new apt with a sea view and terrace , perfect ! We are stuck inside all year round in Dublin, so we wanted to be outside as much as possible with sea view and terrace. To be honest, I always book with booking.com because I trust them, but I'm not happy with them on this booking for not vetting this property better.

Fantastic views and great patio in quirky but spacious apartment.

Views from the balcony were fantastic. Location in city center very convenient. Nice quiet setting as no bars/restaurants too close.

An elevator would have been very much appreciated. Layout somewhat quirky with kitchen and closets a bit inconvenient. Not much circulation in small bedroom.

Good location, terrible sleep

The location was excellent, nicelt decorated, good shower.

Slept terribly, the sofa bed mattress was very thin and could feel the bars through it. The lights in the hallway go on and off all night and the blinds did not block it out. The pillows are flat and uncomfortable. Also there were only 2 bowls for the 4 of us. You can also hear all the footsteps from the apartment above all night.

The perfect location for Antibes

The position is excellent! It is in the historical city center, closed to the market and many restaurants and cafes. It is inside the pedestrian area very nice and safe with small kids. Also the beach is 2 mins by walk.

The pillows are not very comfortable.

The website photos are not true to how the apartment is in reality. The Duplex apartment is very tired and not really what we were expecting. Greg was very good at communicating and listened to our cleaning complaints. They did the best job they could but the whole apartment needs to be painted and cleaned. Many items need replacing even things like glasses and cutlery. For the price even the view and balcony doesn’t make it worth it.

Pleasant stay in Antibes

Great location in the heart of old Antibes town, yet quiet in the night. Communication with the host was good. The apartment was nicely decorated

The apartment had a bad smell of humidity that didn’t go away even after we left the windows open while we were in the apartment and it was very dusty. The toilet had no ventilation system that was very uncomfortable. There were not enough bathroom amenities; we ran out already in the second day and had to buy our own.

A little gem hidden on a quiet lane yet only a stone’s throw away from wonderful bars and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, tastefully appointed and the host was very helpful and prompt with any communications. We will definitely make this our regular place in Antibes.

Les Remparts is a lovely apartment with a fabulous view of the water and the port. It’s located very close to the market, museums and plenty of shops and restaurants.

Parking was very expensive. Be sure to purchase a weekly parking pass, which is less expensive than daily parking if you’ll be visiting for more than a day.
