Very clean, comfortable and a good price. The staff were really helpful.

The room was a bit cramped and you had to go through the bedroom to use the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient when the kids were asleep.

We liked the location very much. The staff were friendly and helpful and the pools were the highlight for us. Made the trip for our kids.

The fact you have to self clean, we asked for more toilet roll and was given some but told it’s not a hotel. And the security guard at the pool seemed overly formal when on shift. They offer luggage storage for a later departure which is good but not shower or facilities to get ready in. Only cold shoulders at pool.

I liked the front desk staff (Axel or Alex?) Super helpful and nice.

Avoid the garage if you have a bigger car or a very nice one. It’s narrow as hell.

Inexpensive (cheap) simple accommodation; no frills, just very basic. Very convenient for buses and trains. My request for a quiet room was actioned - thank you.

Reaction and action to investigate and address source of a very unpleasant odour which lingered over a four day stay despite being reported to reception on three occasions. Had to sleep with balcony door open to keep air relatively free from a nasty smell. Staff invariably very polite and apologetic (and horrified when they experienced, at my insistence, the awful smell). Such a pity (the source of the pong remains a mystery to me). For the single traveller, ideal for a short business stay. Thank you for post-visit management intervention. I will use again but on the assumption that this experience was an aberration.
