Hotel Rheingold Garni

Tout était super

The room was very spacious and comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space - even if it's not the latest fashion. We loved sitting on the large balcony; overlooking a large field with the black forest in the background and glimpses of the lake to the side - see photos. It's so quiet! Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to the station in one direction and the restaurants and lake in the other. Surprisingly good breakfast for a small hotel with a good choice of cereals, meats and cheeses etc. Big thank you to the owners who made sure we had a great time. Konos cards giving us free train and bus transport in the region was an added bonus.

Only minor issue was the poor wi-fi, otherwise perfect.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Gerne wieder.

The property was a two minute walk from the main promenade area not far from the lake .

The Hotel is really tired. The owner at the reception desk also looked tired… Maybe it was a long day… But he was very very helpful and went an extra while to make sure we understood how the external doors and keys worked et cetera.
