I like the location that it's near Euno station and also near the Euno Skyliner so it's more convenient to go back to Narita Airport. The amenities are excellent too.
I'm patiently waited in the queue during check-in when two Americans just came in. The receptionist checked-in them bypassing me. Being tired and exhausted, I'm so upset and verbalised the unfairness I got. I didn't even receive an apology. Other staff are nice, good and respectful. It might be an isolated case but it gave me bad impression and my excitement was changed into total akwardness throughout my stay. I hope the management will remind their staff for more awareness, be kind and respectful. I even spent my birthday on this hotel but it's not a good experience fo me 😔.

Location was superb, literally across the road from Keisei Ueno Station. Perfect if you're getting off the Keisei Skyliner from Narita. Facilities are good enough. We chose this hotel mainly for its location.
Room is compact, good fit for 1 person. But a bit too small for 2 persons with luggage. Prepare extra time to wait for the elevator, especially during peak morning hours or just before checkout.

Bed was comfy. Quiet location
Self checkin was confusing. Bathrooms could be more organized for the size. Considering the size of the hotel the price was too expensive for being an economy hotel. The size of the breakfast room was too small for the amount of guests in the hotel. Went numerous times to find a seat and ended up leaving to have breakfast elsewhere.
