It was fine but wouldn’t recommend to: group of girls or for long stay

The three single beds

The location was as if you were in the ghetto. People smoked cigarettes outside our room, the smoke of it came constantly into our room. The owner (person whose phone number is registered at the hotel) doesn’t speak English, so when we called to tell then we wanted to check out, he couldn’t understand us and eventually hung up the phone in our face.

Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean bedrooms, comfy beds. Close to bus stops, restaurants and shops.

Location was a bit far from the city centre however there are buses every 5-10 minutes.

Clean first of all. I didn't met anyone of the staff because I entered the hotel at 11 in the night. However I did the online check-in and everything was OK. I phoned them and they were very kind.

The beds were too far away (I was with my spouse), however it was not a big deal: I ordered one of the few rooms still available and I was quite aware of this. One curtain was not fixed, so if used it fell down.

Very good communication with lady at the reception desk via Whastapp, she was very kind to wait for us with check in a little bit after the official working hours. The accomodation was clean and looked exactly as in the photographs.

Very nice hotel, with a friendly and helpful receptionist. The room was comfortable, big, cozy, and very clean. Really recommended if you have to stay in that area.

Clean room and bathroom. More than enough comfort for what we needed. It was the ideal overnight stop on our way back from southern Italy. Super friendly reception! Cool project, I'm sure we will return when we head south again.

I highly recommend this hotel for short and long term stay in Milan or surrounding area. This place is lovely, the hosts are very nice and welcoming. I loved that the entire furniture is made out of recycled wood!

La struttura si trova all’uscita della tangenziale, in luogo un po’ isolato , non c’è possibilità di fare colazione (da hotel), nemmeno a pagamento Propongono brioches confezionate a pagamento . È presente un distributore per caffè e varie (bibite e cibo)

Prima hotel als uitvalsbasis

Eenvoudig, maar erg netjes en hygiënisch. Geen persoonlijk contact met het personeel gehad, maar werden uitstekend geholpen via digitale instructies. Fietsen gehuurd bij het hotel, om van daaruit Monza te verkennen. Het circuit ligt op ongeveer een halfuur fietsen via een mooie toch over onder ander fietspaden.

De industrie naast het hotel begon de werkweek eerder dan onze wekker (op maandag).

Um einfach gut und preiswert zu übernachten ist es genau richtig.

Das Zimmer war tipptopp vorbereitet und klimatisiert. Das Haus bietet eine Küche und eine gute Kaffee- und Snackautomaten. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen.

Die Lage ist wirklich weit draußen im Industriegebiet. Ohne Auto oder Fahrrad macht das wenig Freude.
