They checked us in earlier than the check-in time. There was always a place to park on the street 🚙

Upon arrival at the correct address, it turned out that we had not checked in - after 20 minutes of nerves, we did it and they took another €100 deposit (which was refunded after the end of the stay. After settling in, we found out that there was no hot water - it turned out accident - which was removed by a few hours. Our reservation was for three people - there was a bedroom and we had to roll out a sofa. There was no towel for the third person.

Disaster and totally miss-advertised.

Wifi was good. A blind broke and the repair man came the next day.

I was expecting an apartment with hotel facilities. It was not like that at all. I was told that detergents and toilet paper was for my account. Internet confirmed supply of toilet paper, we had to buy. We had to wash our own dishes but we waited for had no plug, nor did we have a bath plug. We waiting 3 days for plugs. We upgraded to a Superior Suite, not sure what the upgrade was. The patio looked at ground with weeds in. Also advertised it a socket by the bed but there is only one and if you want to charge your phone, you cannot use the lamp. We booked for 3 people and we were given 2 mugs, 2 bath towels etc. City View - view is a pub across the road. Kettle is on the other side of the road on the side table of the couch. Pegs supplied all broke as they were brittle. We had a fan with the extreme heat. I know this was advertised but I overlooked this but still I thought it was hotel facilities. I would really like a refund !!! I am a world traveller and this is by far the worse place I have ever stayed in.

Not friendly experience!

No staff was available for checkin, my kids arrived after a long trip deperate to pee and I had to deal with very long forms thru a running out of battery mobile phone. A self service checkin was offered but very confusing and not intuitive. There were not enough utensils in the kitchen, blunt knives and bathroom's floor completely wet after each bath.

Sofa was a bit uncomfortable. We couldn't use a kettle and cooktop at the same time because they overloaded electricity network:(

Ottima struttura per accoglienza, pulizia, confort e servizi.... Il referente disponibile e gentilissimo.... Impeccabile per serietà e professionalità..... Se dovessi trovare il pelo nell uovo potrei dire wifi ( non necessaria) che non siamo riusciti a connettere......ma per noi in vacanza non era una cosa prioritaria.

Bett in Ordnung. Zimmer sauber und geräumig. Fussbodenheizung und Klimaanlagen vorhanden. Lage : Gut mit Bus zu erreichen.

Tranquillo e confortevole

Molto pulito e confortevole ben arredato e in una posizione comoda per raggiungere qualsiasi punto della citta. Cinisello tra l'altro è un posto davvvero tranquillo e il condominio avendo una corte interna è abbastanza isolato dai rumori stradali. Letti confortevoli ed è stata una buona soluzione per noi che cercavamo una sistemazione con camere indipendenti. Il bagno è in comune

Discreta soluzione per una sosta vicino a Milano

1. A pochi passi da centro commerciale 2. Struttura abbastanza pulita 3. Struttura dotata di tutto il necessario 4. Appartamento con un piccolo giardino

1. Check-in via telematico con campi "obbligatori" superflui (per esempio codice fiscale) 2. Piccolo problema con la serratura, bisogna capire il modo per aprire 3. Deposito cauzionale non descritto nella pagina Booking, viene menzionato dopo aver fatto il check-in telematico 4. Stranamente a me viene fornito solo shampoo e molti cottone fioc ma non doccia schiuma

Sauberkeit geht anders

Raumaufteilung und Platzverhältnisse ganz ok. Was richtig schlecht war und eigentlich relativ einfach zu lösen wäre, war die Sauberkeit und der Geruch in der Wohnung. Ganze Wohnung müffelte (es roch nach einer Mischung aus altem Fritierfett und alten, stinkenden Putzlappen). Sehr unsauber (Küche, Bad). Sehr ringhörig (Autos, Nachbarn im Treppenhaus, Geräusche des Fahrstuhls).
