Great Value For Monday, Easy Entry, Good Location

Ideal location for a getaway to the Peak District, only round the corner to a lovely pub / restaurant. Not too far from the local shop, and great hike down the road. Lovely little cottage with everything you need!

Its a lovely cosy cottage in a great location

I had to contact the owner for the code. The system didnt send it until 7pm on the day of arrival.

The fuse blows when you run the hot water to the sink and the shower at the same time

Wonderful; comfortable , quiet and perfect.

Lovely romantic little cottage. We had intended to stay in a B&B, but then saw this house on the website, and went for thar, since we anticipated it being more quiet, relaxing and having more room. Well, it was absolutely lovely; far exceeding expectations, and the host was extremely helpful. We will definitely stay there again, and I'd already recommended it to others, even before the host messaged me to check everything was OK.

Very easy to deal with, the owner contacted us half way through our stay to make sure everything was OK. Right on the edge of the peaks so really good for walks.

PEREFECT! Soooo comfy, cozy, accommodating and homey!

We LOVED our stay! Where to start… the realllly comfy bed and pillows and small touches that made our stay so comfortable! It’s like a home from home! Everything you need is there AND MORE! We forgot our toothbrushes and there was a basket full of amenities available! Location is beautiful with a lovely pub round the corner. The tv had sky, board games, espresso machine, lint roller, shoe shiner, walking maps, first aid kit, hairdryer etc. The owner of the cottage was very helpful, lovely and communicative asking how our stay was going and also allowing us to check in earlier than 2pm! We are definitely going to return!! Also pictures are deceiving it’s a lot bigger and spacious that in looks!!! ⚠️

We almost didn’t want to leave the cottage and see the concert we came too Sheffield for :(

Comfort, and thoughtfully resourced accommodation, in a lovely location.

Located in the perfect place for us- near to Sheffield and just on the edge of the Peak District National Park. We had very comfortable beds and sofas. It was warm and cosy; the decor suited the location. The shower was excellent. We had everything we needed for a self catering break with a well equipped kitchen. There were some useful books and games- and a map- as well as Sky with Netflix on a good sized TV. The pub (less than 100m) away provided good food and a selection of real ales.

Only one issue- one pair of batteries for both TV and DVD controls!

location…..in beautiful countryside and close enough to Sheffield all on one level- easy for person with mobility issues to get around the owner- considerate and caring

Everything. It a lovely place to stay and explore the Peak District and it's beautiful and cost and they have included many items that are helpful like chargers etc. It's a really gorgeous place to stay in. Very very clean and tidy and had loads of amenities.

Location fantastic for walks. Can easily walk from the cottage. Pub round the corner. Alpacas up the road. Good tv. Comfy bed and very well equipped kitchen.

This is a lovely little cottage. Lots of small touches which makes it feel home from home. Spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again. Fab location for getting to the peaks and a nice pub around the corner. The owner was very helpful. Would highly recommend

Can't think of anything! The outside seating is on the road which may put some people off but we enjoyed watching the world go by.

We loved everything about this stay it was truly fabulous. The cottage has everything you could possibly need. It is beautifully furnished and super comfortable. We did not want to leave, I have never felt so at home. Will definitely return.
