As I came late in the evening hence got the keys from a lockbox, clear check in instructions were lifesaving.
I stayed in the yellow apt on the ground floor, its spacious and well equipped.
Location is very convenient if you'd like to be central but avoiding noice.
There are huge windows therefore plenty of sunlight but its impossible to open the the window blinds. Well, possible but you'll be bothered by passers by real quick.
Humidity. Hard to get clothes dry inside the apt, no outside option. (Or its like leaving your stuff openly on the street)
Shower in the morning. At 7-8 AM hot water wasn't there. In the evening no prob (I assume, it's because the boiler runs on sun panels or smth)

Very clean, cozy and spacious. A bit noisy at night but this is Ayia Napa's vibes :)
The bed mattress was not much comfortable but it's fine.
