The place is new, and the rooms are modern, comfortable, and spacious.
The beds are extremely comfortable — and for me, that’s a very important detail. I slept wonderfully.
Everything is new, stylish, and well maintained.
The location is perfect: just a 5-minute walk from the Bar Street, but slightly outside, so you can avoid the noise of bars and drunk crowds.
Everything you might need is nearby — the best restaurants, bars, and supermarkets.
Right in front, there’s a church with a free car park inside.
If you don’t have a car, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away.
I know Ayia Napa very well, and I can confidently say that this is definitely one of the best places to stay.
The owner, Chryso, is a very kind and helpful girl, always ready to assist with anything you might need.
