Luxury Apartment No. 202 (Napa Ace)

Everything was perfect , wether the location ( close to everything specially the night life) a 24/24 market right next to us , Spotless ! Very clean provided with everything to clean , to bath , towels and stuff ! Safe also , the gates of the building close at 10 no one except the residents can go in ! Couldnt find a better place for real

Its not that i did not like it , but theres a nightclub under the building , it gets crowded around 3 in the morning with drunk people but they were very nice 🤣😅 but it must be said

- Very well-stuffed property, with everything you need. (e.g hair dryer, iron, cooking supplies, cleaning supplies, etc.) - Good communication with the host - Fast internet connection - Clean apartment - Modern - Good location, close to amazing beaches and beach bars - Car parking

- Water pressure is extremely low. It would be a problem, especially if many people need to shower. The host states that it is a general issue with the building and plans to address it during Winter 2025. . - Plumbing issues: Unfortunately, we had a terrible experience with this. The toilet was not flushing properly throughout our stay, but last night it completely clogged.. You can imagine how inconvenient, to say the least, this could be. We attempted to unclog it ourselves for over 1 hour, following the host's advice, but were unsuccessful. It was disgusting and unhygienic. After about 2 hours and multiple communications with the host, right around the time we were searching for a new house, a man likely arrived who unclogged it after about half an hour. Unfortunately, he did not manage to clean afterwards, and the toilet flush still did not work. Even if the property offers many facilities that others lack, this experience was out of this world. I hope they fix the above so that no other guest will ever experience this. - The toilet flush was not working properly, and we needed to throw a bucket of water instead. Hopefully, this should be fixed by now. . We are very sorry we had to leave this review; this property does not deserve it, but we believe the above issues are serious, and they must be addressed.
