There is a lot to say about what we loved about this apartment: Location is perfect (unless you're planning to walk to the beach, it's quite far), it's very close to city square, supermarkets and the best tavern in town is no more than 50m away, this area, unlike most of Ayia Napa is really quite and the soundproofing inside is perfect to make your stay noise free. Apartment is not too big, but it has everything needed for couple of days of stay including all kitchen appliances. The fridge is pre-stocked with basics like butter, milk, eggs, juice being complimentary, sodas, beer and others have price tags making it really clear to know what is included, even toilet same toilet accessories can be purchased the same way. Owners are really kind and friendly and quickly respond to all questions we had. One thing too keep in mind, although there is a small balcony with table and chairs, they are not usable due to sun and summer heat. And the view is not great.

There is no closet or any other place to store cloths, this is might be a problem, when you're staying longer. For us this was completely manageable.

Everything was excellent. The apartment was spotless, stylish, comfortable, and very well equipped. The attention to detail made the stay feel special, and the welcome gift was a lovely surprise. The location was convenient, the communication with the host was outstanding, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. SuiteNapa22 played a big part in making my holiday in Ayia Napa memorable and enjoyable. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Μια εξαιρετική εμπειρία διαμονής! Το διαμέρισμα είναι πολυτελές, όμορφα διακοσμημένο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο από σεσουάρ μαλλιών μέχρι και την παραμικρή λεπτομέρεια που μπορεί να χρειαστεί κανείς. Η τοποθεσία ιδανική, στο κέντρο της πόλης, με τη θάλασσα και τη στάση των λεωφορείων κυριολεκτικά σε απόσταση αναπνοής. Ιδανική επιλογή για όποιον θέλει άνεση, λειτουργικότητα και στυλ. Θα το επέλεγα ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!

It's exactly as in the photos. Everything is new and modern and well thought. The location is great if you want to be in the city centre and close to everything. It was great that we could check in earlier than planned. We met the host at departure, he was nice and thoughtful. A big plus for the cats from the area. They were lovely to have around outside.

Only thing that comes to mind is maybe would have been great to be able to leave a window open at night. Since fresh air is always better than AC (in Oct nights are okay).
