New home in quiet subdivision (cul-de-sac) off North Shore Drive. Under 10 minute stroll to 1st Street Beach access. Close to many other public beach access points along North Shore Drive. Perfect for multi-generation family vacation!
****Allergy Friendly Home - Nut-free home! Duct work recently cleaned, carpets cleaned, Pet free*** Owner requests that guests do not consume peanut/tree nut or nut-containing products (granola bars, almond milk, etc.) in the home to keep other nut-allergic families safe.
New home in quiet subdivision (cul-de-sac) off North Shore Drive. Approximately 800 feet to 1st Street Beach access. Close to many other public beach access points along North Shore Drive. Perfect for a multi-generation family vacation!
The main floor features a giant master suite, family room, kitchen, living room, powder room (1/2 bath), formal dining room and laundry. The master suite includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet. The master bath features a soaking tub, a glass-surround shower, and a secluded commode. Spacious living area with tall ceilings, wet bar, fireplace and large HD LCD TV. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops.
*** All rentals are 4-night minimum (some 3-night stays may be possible based on check-in/out dates, please inquire). Discount for 7-night stays.
Separate dining area overlooking scenic wooded backyard. Upstairs has three bedrooms and a Jack & Jill bathroom. One bedroom is furnished with a queen-sized bed and a Day bed w/pull out trundle that makes 2 twins or 1 king bed. The third bedroom has a Queen bed. The fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds.
First floor deck includes an outdoor dining table, a gas grill. (2 propane tanks at the house, should you run out you can exchange at nearby gas station, Wolverine Ace Hardware or Menards.
Garage includes a ping pong table, foosball table, and plenty of beach supplies/towels and games to use at the house. Basketball hoop in driveway.

The house was clean, plenty of room, reasonably close to the beach. It’s not on the beach. The bed rooms were set up perfectly for my family. And that’s a must!! We had a great time and would stay again.

Great weekend at the lake! We had 8 adults and two toddlers for our stay. Plenty of space for everyone. House was in a nice, quiet neighborhood that was a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Beach area was fairly narrow and a little confusing with all the private access signs. Downtown area was easy to bike to. Good amenities at the house, we enjoyed the ping pong table and playing yard games. Kitchen made it easy to prepare meals for everyone. Sound travels some in the house but the provided fans helped block the noise. Overall a great stay!
