About this house rental
Recently renovated spacious 4 bedroom/2 bath historic home. Situated on 1/3 of an acre in the city, the property features a fabulous deck overlooking The Celery Pond - perfect for family dinners & nightly gatherings. This home boasts an open floor plan with a large kitchen opening to the generous back yard, a main floor laundry, living room, dining area with large table, & a den which houses a daybed for extra sleeping! Upstairs are 4 bedrooms with the master bedroom featuring a great deck overlooking the expansive backyard. Both bathrooms have double sinks & one features a jetted tub and the other a brand new gorgeous large shower with sitting bench.
Renovations in 2018 & 2019 include: Freshly painted; new carpet, hardwood, & tile floors; updated laundry room, downstairs bathroom, & kitchen with new granite counter tops & breakfast bar; new concrete patio. New 2020 renovations include new 6ft wooden privacy fence surrounding the back yard, large fit pit, new deck furniture, restained decks, and remodeled upstairs bathroom. Fall of 2021-updates include a new shed with bar and Smart TV (fall 2022). Completely remodeled exterior with new covered front porch in April 2025!
Within walking distance to downtown (less than 10 min walk) and beach (12-20 min walk depending on beach). Tot Lot with basketball courts only 1 block away. Downtown includes restaurants, wineries, bars, boutiques, and souvenir shops.
June 29th-Aug 3rd, 2025 we will be doing week long rentals with a Sunday check in and check out.
For the safety of the home, there is a ring doorbell located on the front porch of the property.

This was our second time staying here and we already booked next years trip! Our favorite property in South Haven. Great location, massive backyard and patio, and fully furnished home. They have more than everything you could need for an amazing stay! Hosts are top notch and provide all the details for the whole process. 10/10 recommend this property and host!

My husband and I, along with another couple, enjoyed 3 nights at this updated home in SoHa! We loved the comfy couch in the living room to watch football and the big dining table where we completed a 500 piece puzzle. The kitchen was great for cooking too! But our favorite area was the outside space with the firepit! We had 3 nights to enjoy it! We hope to book again! Thekitchewas great0

We have been coming to SH each summer for 7 years and this property was by far our favorite! We already booked next years trip to return. The house has been beautifully updated and had everything a family needs for a weeks stay. The backyard was amazing! So much room for the kids to run and play and the party shed out back had lots of yard games, extra beach chairs, and everything you need. Host provided excellent check in process and all the needed information and while we didn't need to reach them during our stay, they checked in on us. Can really tell the host takes great pride in their property and strives to provide a 5 star stay! Can't wait to return next year!

This property was exactly what we needed. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors. Enjoyed the it so much! Alicia and Wes were so great taking care of everything!
