Dit was de 2e keer dat we in dit appartement zaten. Het appartement is comfortabel en vooral heerlijk koel in de zomermaanden. Er is een ruime slaapkamer, mooie keuken/woonkamer en ruime badkamer. Je loopt echt in een paar minuten naar het centrum van Xanten. Het appartement ligt in een rustige straat. De tuin is compact maar je zit er heerlijk je hebt er ochtendzon en eind van de middag kan je er in de schaduw zitten.

Es war ein rundum herrlicher Urlaub. Nah an der City und alles gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Eine super Liebe Vermieterin die gerne Tips gibt und immer herzlich ist. Wir haben uns willkommen gefühlt. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Heerlijk rustig gelegen, compleet ingericht appartement. Op korte afstand van het centrum van de stad. Prima douche, ruim voldoende handdoeken en heerlijk verwarmt.
Het serviesgoed was echt ingericht op 2 personen. Dat had best wel iets meer gekund. Nu moesten we per dag òf zelf afwassen òf de vaatwasser frequenter laten draaien.

Alles sehr unkompliziert und sogar noch Tipps für den Aufenthalt bekommen. Sehr gute Lage, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar.
