Sehr ruhig, neues Bad, neuere Küche
Plattenboden leicht schmuddelig, Küche knapp ausgerüstet, Pfannen sind mehrheitlich unbrauchbar, keinerlei Ausblick, Bereich vor der Eingangstüre mit Tisch super unsauber, Duschstange falsch herum montiert

De ruimte, rustige locatie in een dorp. Wat leuke steden in de omgeving, zoals Xanten, Geldern, Kevelaer die een bezoekje waard zijn.
Appartement is zeer basic qua inrichting, duidelijk gericht op arbeids migranten. Wat donker in de woonkamer, doordat er alleen een rolluik als raambekleding is, tov staan woningen. Er staat nog een extra bed in de woonkamer.... Voor een verblijf van een week was het redelijk goed te doen.
