The residential area is very quiet. A parking lot is near the entrance. About 15 min on foot to get to the supermarkets and 25 min to the Roman museum / center. There is a Hofladen with vending mashines (eggs, diary, veggies, fruits) in the Sonsbeck direction. Great possibilities for bike trips along or across Rhein. The apartment is cosy and modern with a nice terrace and a lot of space. The communication with the host was quick and helpful.
The apartment occupies one part of a house, stairscase between levels. It is difficult to adjust the water temperature in the shower.

Unkomplizierter Check-In mit Schlüsselbox. Schöne Einrichtung, Ausstattung und genügend Platz für 4 Personen.
Stühle auf der Terrasse sollten ausgetauscht werden. Kühlschrank für 4 Personen sehr klein. Lufterfrischer für Badezimmer zu empfehlen, da es ein bisschen nach Kanal riecht.

Angenehme, saubere Unterkunft mit einem großzügigen Wohnbereich und Terrasse. Die Zimmer sind im Souterrain, was aber nicht weiter stört. Das Bad hat kein Fenster, aber eine Lüftung. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit vom Zentrum, aber mit dem Auto ist man sehr schnell dort.
Die Bettwäsche roch sehr stark nach einem Waschmittel. Es war alles sehr sauber, einen sauber Geruch braucht man nicht – mir wäre eine Bettwäsche ohne Geruch sehr viel lieber. Sonst war alles super!

Erster Eindruck war positiv, Betten waren bequem, Wohnung war ordentlich
WC -Sitz war bei beiden Toiletten unpassend und lag nur locker auf, bzw lösten sich die Befestigungen ständig.
Was in einer "gut" ausgestatteten Küche zu finden sein sollte, ist ein Korkenzieher. Wir mussten beim Nachbarn klingeln,um eine Flasche Wein zu öffnen.
Der Nachbar kannte dieses Problem schon, da Gäste ihn ständig wegen eines Korkenziehers kontaktieren.
Für weniger Euro ließe sich dieses Problem lösen!
