Well located just outside Xanten on the bike path. Spacious, very cool during hot weather, well-equipped kitchen, friendly, helpful welcomer. Quiet. On-site parking and garage for bikes.
No contact with the owner at any time. We arrived with no information about how to get in and the very nice lady who lives in the same building only spoke German. No instructions or any basic ingredients such as salt and pepper and coffee pods. Terrace not looked after. Sunshade does not provide shade because it is too thin. We didn’t see the landmark view, just a field with horses.
