Clean, private, very friendly host, not in the very heart of the city but still in an urban neigborhood surrounded by residential complexes and local folks, which made the walk to the city even more enjoyable. It really did feel like home.

We had a room with access to a porch area, so we could sit outside. The bedroom was a good size and comfortable, but power points could have been better placed. Kitchen facilities were fine, and there was a dishwasher. The bathroom was functional.

Great parking, coffee was a nice touch, short walk to downtown. Renata was responsive e very helpful.
Air conditioning unit not very efficient and with smell of moisture but since it wasn’t too hot at night we left it off so not an issue for us.

The location was excellent, very close to the center and the beaches. It seemed like good value for money. We also appreciated the small garden and the dedicated parking space in a private lot in front of the building.
The entrance door felt quite fragile, but the main issue was the visible mold next to the air conditioner, which we consider a serious health hazard!!
The walls and the furniture were in poor condition and could use some renovation. The room also had a rather stuffy air when we entered, which made it feel less fresh and welcoming (maybe because of the mold).
Overall, we were disappointed with the condition of the place, but we only stayed for one night. We would not recommend it :(
