I felt shortchanged by the advertised photos. I paid alot to only have a view if neighboring roofs. After sending a message to staff they stated that rooms are selected by category. None of the categories shown in their marketing show views of roofs.

Apple House is a beautiful hotel, 5 fantastic swimming pools, a great games room for our children and they loved the ice cream shop too. The restaurant has fabulous room and the breakfast is to die for, so much choice and the desserts are unreal. The staff are amazing, everyone we met walking along greats you a big smile, the stay go out of their way to do everything for you from checking in to arranging the transfers into Paraty each day and evening. Tassiana was amazing for organising the boat cruise, which was unbelievable, she really couldn’t do enough for us. Going up and beyond and awaiting when we needed some urgent laundry taken care of she arrange this for us too and also arranging a really nice transfer for us to Ilha Grande. Thank you Tassiana for everything and all the other staff at Apple House.

A small recommendation is to arrange a few towel hooks in the bathroom to allow for towels to be hung up.

Honest review

Stuff super friendly and ready to help, the hotel has the service of free transfer to the old city that is super helpful, safe and easy. The hamburgueria is delicious. I really liked the breakfast, they have creative dishes, I went for Easter holiday. The gardens are spectacular, and the place is next to a river so you hear the water flow, super relaxing. I like that people is not noisy, they can't use recordings on the pool.

They sweep at 6am, my bedroom was in front of the pool and they use that water in a bucket to throw it in the florit sounded big time and woke me up. Also, they never turn off the lights of the pool and the curtains let some spaces so I couldnt make it dark as I like.

Amazing breakfast! Various options. Great options for eating for lunch or dinner inside de hotel. Delicious food. An amazing playground room for the kids if it’s rainy day it’s perfect . Lovely staff. They’re helpful and kind.

Shower didn’t have hot water in the first day and it was a bit long to find a solution. ( a staff came promptly but didn’t manage to solve it for the same day)

Its looks like a small Resort were you can spend the entire day at the pool with great food/drinks

Breakfast was great and quick to serve. Room with good size, showers great, lots os pools and gym is also of good size. Some rooms have private pools whats is really nice and very different.

The parking lot is inside the premisses taking a lot os space. Kids were walking and running between the cars to reach the pool.

Gostei de tudo, um lugar maravilhoso para passear com a família ou em casal funcionário muito educado e atencioso as acomodações todas muito bem limpas e organizadas . Valeu muito a pena a experiência voltarei .

Razoável, mas deixa a desejar para uma diária de mais de mil reais.

O café da manhã é excelente, muitas opções e bem farto, os empregados são muito gentis e educados, a cama era grande e a roupa de cama limpa, a banheira de hidromassagem também era grande e funcionava bem.

Não havia uma luz independente para o sanitário, tinha que acender a luz da suíte inteira, a descarga do sanitário não tinha pressão estava regulada para o mínimo de agua, tão pouco que não funciona sem ser para urinar. São 4 piscinas, mas na principal junto ao restaurante havia um grupo que disseram ser de MC’s que ouviam musica alta e falavam muito alto incomodando os outros hospedes e o hotel é bem afastado de Paraty.

Suite Dubai maravilhosa, mais depois fiquei na mykonos é simplesmente a suíte mais linda e perfeita que já fui na vida, três andares, café da manhã no restaurante maravilhoso,café da manhã flutuante perfeito,muita educação das recepcionistas, camareiras, e o pessoal que ligamos pra fazer nossos pedidos. Nota mil.

Infelizmente faltava muita luz que causou falta de água quente e foi um pouquinho chato .
