I felt shortchanged by the advertised photos. I paid alot to only have a view if neighboring roofs. After sending a message to staff they stated that rooms are selected by category. None of the categories shown in their marketing show views of roofs.

Apple House is a beautiful hotel, 5 fantastic swimming pools, a great games room for our children and they loved the ice cream shop too. The restaurant has fabulous room and the breakfast is to die for, so much choice and the desserts are unreal. The staff are amazing, everyone we met walking along greats you a big smile, the stay go out of their way to do everything for you from checking in to arranging the transfers into Paraty each day and evening. Tassiana was amazing for organising the boat cruise, which was unbelievable, she really couldn’t do enough for us. Going up and beyond and awaiting when we needed some urgent laundry taken care of she arrange this for us too and also arranging a really nice transfer for us to Ilha Grande. Thank you Tassiana for everything and all the other staff at Apple House.

A small recommendation is to arrange a few towel hooks in the bathroom to allow for towels to be hung up.

Honest review

Stuff super friendly and ready to help, the hotel has the service of free transfer to the old city that is super helpful, safe and easy. The hamburgueria is delicious. I really liked the breakfast, they have creative dishes, I went for Easter holiday. The gardens are spectacular, and the place is next to a river so you hear the water flow, super relaxing. I like that people is not noisy, they can't use recordings on the pool.

They sweep at 6am, my bedroom was in front of the pool and they use that water in a bucket to throw it in the florit sounded big time and woke me up. Also, they never turn off the lights of the pool and the curtains let some spaces so I couldnt make it dark as I like.

Amazing breakfast! Various options. Great options for eating for lunch or dinner inside de hotel. Delicious food. An amazing playground room for the kids if it’s rainy day it’s perfect . Lovely staff. They’re helpful and kind.

Shower didn’t have hot water in the first day and it was a bit long to find a solution. ( a staff came promptly but didn’t manage to solve it for the same day)

Breakfast was great and quick to serve. Room with good size, showers great, lots os pools and gym is also of good size. Some rooms have private pools whats is really nice and very different.

The parking lot is inside the premisses taking a lot os space. Kids were walking and running between the cars to reach the pool.

Belíssimo hotel com uma atmosfera um pouco desconcertante

o hotel é bastante requintado e confortável, porém tem claramente um exagero com relação a ser "instagramável". Tem muita gente que vai la para tirar fotos com as piscinas privativas, com os ursos gigantes, com a decoração levemente cafona e over, ou seja, tem um ruído constante visual e sonoro que não te deixa lembrar que esta na praia para relaxar. O staff é cordial até demais, todos te falam bom dia e boa tarde cada vez que te encontram, e te imploram para deixar uma avaliação, dizendo que a chefia do hotel é muito rigorosa com isso. Então temos uma equipe extremamente gentil, mas em contrapartida sentimos deles um certo panico de levar uma avaliação negativa, o que provoca um certo constrangimento.

Excesso de ruído visual e sonoro. Comida mediana com preços estratosféricos (paguei 97 reais num hambuerguer com fritas bem simples e sem gosto). Longe do centro e das praias. Um dia pedi uma pizza pelo app pois nao queria mais gastar tanto no hotel - eles receberam a pizza na recepção e deixaram esfriando em vez de me avisar, pareceu uma retaliação. Sentimos falta de algumas coisas básicas, como lixeira no quarto, um cabide para secar as roupas molhadas, coisas basicas que foram sacrificadas em prol dos itens de maior visibilidade.

localização ruim, principalmente a noite. O quarto ruim. Muito claro, sem sabonetes, quando solicitei o sabonete deixaram um saco amarrado dentro do quarto com sabonetes dentro. A cortina cheia de furos e passava sol, lençol de péssima qualidade, dava pra ver o colchão por baixo. O quarto estava sujo. Não tinha toalhas de rosto. O cafe da manha tinha muita variedade mas de qualidade ruim. Esse hotel se qualifica 5 estrelas, cobra por um hotel 5 estrelas mas não pode ter recebido essa classificação, nao vale. Foi decepcionante. Alem de usarem a logo da Apple como logo deles. Muito esquisito. Decoração de gosto duvidoso.

Ótima estadia

Pousada mto confortável, cama boa apesar de pequena no quarto que ficamos, chuveiro bom, piscina aquecida mto gostosa, as outras piscinas acabamos nem utilizando, tem tudo o que vc precisa lá, não precisa nem sair se não quiser! Café da manhã mto bom! Tem carregador para carro elétrico!

A piscina principal que fica ao lado do restaurante não tinha água quente, apesar de falarem que era aquecida! Fica um pouco distante do centro histórico, mas não atrapalhou! Preço um pouco salgado para um quarto com cama de casal normal!
