they don’t clean our rooms while we are there, that was disappointing we also run out of electricity (power cut in the neighbourhood) they don’t have a generator for emergencies

The very high rating this accommodation has is simply not deserved. It's a 7.5 in my opinion.

Very clean and very friendly and comfortable with secure parking and a good breakfast delivered to room at a prearranged time.

Renovations underway limiting facilities but was not told in advance. As a result breakfast delivered to room. The only window in the otherwise pleasant room overlooks the external passage allowing no privacy, so for two days I kept curtain closed. Wifi reported as fantastic but in my room it was not good enough to play my Firestick streaming device. Interupted streaming all the time. Surrounding properties somewhat suspect!

Amazing time!

Pousada Happy Day is like a tiny resort. It has two beautiful pools, nice yard, and beautiful river in the back. The lodging is very spacious, clean, beautiful planned and decorated. It has everything you need to live there as long as you would like. Upon coming in there is a gate that encloses the property and there is plenty of parking for your car. The property has plenty of trees and shade; it is the perfect place to lay in the hammock and relax and take in the scenery. They also a fooseball table, pool table, magnetic darts, and a trampoline. The staff is amazing, they are the friendliest people you will every meet; they make you feel as if you were part of the family. The cafe de manana is very delicious and you are given many options. They made many things on the spot for my family and I. If you are looking for a very spacious dwelling close to the city, then look no further, this is your spot. I highly recommend this beautiful pousada, we had a wonderful time. Obrigado Pousada Happy Day!

O atendimento foi sempre muito atencioso e cordial, demonstrando cuidado e profissionalismo em todos os momentos. O café da manhã é simplesmente maravilhoso, bem servido, variado e tudo muito saboroso. As acomodações são ótimas, confortáveis, limpas e organizadas. A receptividade de todos os funcionários foi excelente, sempre educados, prestativos e simpáticos. Com certeza voltaremos e recomendamos de olhos fechados!

Café da manhã muito bem servido e delicioso. Piscina aquecida e grande. Infraestrutura ótima, com estacionamento gratuito a todos os hóspedes.

Internet poderia ser melhor, o sinal estava um pouco ruim e caia com frequência. Um suporte dentro do box do banheiro para pendurar as peças úmidas para secar. Atendimento na recepção que poderia ser melhor e mais ágil, muitas das vezes, o hóspede ia até a recepção e o atendente não estava disponível ou demora muito na resposta pelo whatsapp.

O problema da estádia não teve a ver com a pousada. Mas, os quartos da frente ficam colados na piscina e todo o som parece que ocorre dentro do quarto, e estava lotada de crianças e pais gritando até as 23 hrs! Foi difícil dormir. A piscina aquecida é uma boa, mas as pessoas não tem educação para conseguir curtir e não ser inconvenientes com outros hóspedes.

As meninas que trabalham no local são excelentes, educadas, prestativas, fizeram até lanchinho pra minha filha! De tudo na pousada, o que merece mais elogio são as meninas! Espetaculares! A cama é bem confortável!

O quarto é muito claro, não tem blackout, e o café poderia começar mais cedo, começa às 8h. O berço na verdade é daqueles “chiqueirinhos” de chão, não tem colchãozinho. Então pra ir com bebê que dorme no berço não é tão confortável para ele.

A pousada é simplesmente excelente! A localização é perfeita, próxima à saída da estrada e muito perto da entrada da cidade, o que facilita demais na chegada e na saída, sem precisar enfrentar o trânsito urbano. O lugar é lindo, extremamente limpo e muito aconchegante. A equipe merece um destaque especial: todos são extremamente atenciosos, prestativos e sempre prontos para ajudar no que for preciso. Nos auxiliaram com indicações de passeios, contato de transporte para nos levar com segurança até a cidade e até com gelo para prepararmos nossas bebidas. O café da manhã é delicioso e muito completo, com opções fresquinhas — a tapioca quentinha é maravilhosa! A piscina aquecida foi um verdadeiro diferencial: aproveitamos à noite e foi o toque final que precisávamos para relaxar depois de um dia inteiro caminhando pela cidade. Com certeza foi uma experiência incrível, e voltaremos sem pensar duas vezes!

Excelente pousada

A pousada possui uma incrível estrutura (Quarto, cama, banheiro, espelhos, frigobar), quartos bem limpos, televisão de extrema qualidade (com acesso à Internet), café da manhã simplesmente sensacional (o pessoal da cozinha tem muito cuidado com os alimentos, inclusive embalam as frutas), a piscina é aquecida e funciona até as 23h.

As vagas de estacionamento são apertadas e precisa uma certa atenção na hora de estacionar. A chegada até a pousada não é tão bela, mas não oferece risco, a cidade é bem tranquila.

Perfeita!!!

A pousada em sí superou nossas expectativas. Tanto o quarto, quanto o café da manhã, os ambientes da pousada em geral estavam ótimos. Tudo muito limpo, organizado. Os funcionários muito atenciosos. As meninas da recepção nos ajudaram com indicação de passeios ótimos e tiraram todas as nossas dúvidas!! Estão todos de parabéns!! Gostamos e vamos indicar para todos que querem conhecer Paraty. Foi uma experiência muito boa!! Daquelas que a gente não quer ir embora :)

Descanso e conforto

Staff muito receptivo, todos muito educados. Os quartos são limpinhos e novos, as camas são boas, trocam as toalhas todos os dias. O Estacionamento é interno. A piscina tem aquecimento. O café da manhã é excepcional, o pão de queijo é um espetáculo, ovo fresquinho o tempo todo, pão quentinho de manhã cedo, com frutas e muitos bolos e ainda tem tapiocas feitas na hora.

Não é que eu não tenha gostado, mas o chuveiro poderia ser mais forte, pois como é elétrico, cai pouca água e as paredes são todas de "dry wall", com isso, no quarto ao lado tinham umas meninas que faziam bastante barulho.
