Beautiful pousada. Good internet. The price.

We saw angry people fighting on the street twice in one day. The area is poor with many alcoholics in the neighbourhood. It wasn’t nice although the pousada is great.

Pousada do Condado

A pousada é uma graça! Super arrumadinha, e a anfitriã Duda é super solicita e prestativa. O quarto é grande, possui boa infraestrutura como a cama confortável, ar condicionado e o chuveiro quentinho. A pousada é distante do centro histórico de Paraty, mas há uma van no valor de R$5,00 que é uma mão na roda, sai de hora em hora (menos de domingo). Também tem a Cristal, uma gatinha muito simpática.

Não é que não gostei, deixo apenas como crítica construtiva talvez abastecer um pouco mais o café da manhã.

Viagem de casal pra praia

Gostamos muito da hospitalidade da Duda. O quarto é confortável, bom café da manhã. Fizemos o passeio de escuna que é vendido pela pousada, bem mais prático e preço bom. Tem uma ducha na entrada muito boa, deu pra fazer o checkout mais tarde, deixando as mochilas com a anfitriã e usando a ducha depois da praia antes de ir embora. Achei muito bonita a decoração da pousada, estilo rústico e aconchegante.

Melhor custo benefício possível

O atendimento da dona foi ótimo. O café da manhã atendeu as expectativas. O quarto era ótimo, espaçoso e com ótimo chuveiro. Próximo ao centro, às cachoeiras, estrada e cachacarias. Dificil pensar em um custo-benefício melhor.

A cama de casal era duas de solteiro, o que deixava um vão no meio desconfortável. A lampada da parte de baixo do quarto fica muito em cima. O bairro é estranho, tem alguns barulhos a noite, mas nada demais.

A dona da pousada é um ser humano incrível, o café da manhã é perfeito, a hospitalidade é genuína, o custo-benefício é sem igual, eu voltarei mais vezes com muita certeza! Ela faz cada artesanato lindo, é simpática, solícita! A limpeza é excelente! O ambiente é gostoso, muito agradável.

Só tive um probleminha com o vaso sanitário, que não queria dar descarga, porém depois normalizou.

Foi a pior experiência que tive com o Booking até hoje.

Eu não me hospedei na pousada. Quando chegamos achamos o local inseguro e fomos procurar outro lugar. Mandei mensagem para a proprietária, Duda, informando que havia pedido o cancelamento da reserva pelo Booking. Passaram-se mais de nove dias e mesmo com reclamações feitas direto ao Booking e no consumidor.gov.br, não devolveram o dinheiro da hospedagem.

Eu não gostei de ser cobrado por um serviço que não foi prestado e do tratamento que o Booking deu ao problema. Eu não me hospedei na pousada. Quando chegamos achamos o local inseguro e fomos procurar outro lugar. Mandei mensagem para a proprietária, Duda, informando que havia pedido o cancelamento da reserva pelo Booking. Passaram-se mais de nove dias e mesmo com reclamações feitas direto ao Booking e no consumidor.gov.br, não devolveram o dinheiro da hospedagem. Não estou exigindo o pagamento integral, porque entendo a questão do cancelamento no dia do checking, mas não acho certo ser cobrado por todos os dias em que não me hospedei lá e no qual o quarto esteve disponível para outras pessoas.
