It was a beautiful place, with great location and very clean. Erika was very responsive and attentive.

Very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. Lots of cafes and restaurants only a short walk away as well as buses and trams to get to different parts of Rome. Erika was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.
The building has a lift but it drops you half way between floors so you still have about 10-12 steps to carry your luggage up or down depending on your floor. A second pillow for each person would have been good. A slight bad drain smell in the bathroom and the shower leaked quite badly. A shame the previous patron had broken the door on the washing machine but at least there was a laundromat just around the corner.

The location is excellent ... The staff was impeccable.. the apartment was clean with nothing left unturned
Honestly the only thing was bring luggage up and down the 1 flight of stairs after getting off the cutest elevator I have ever seen !!! My fault I packed heavy ... but tolerable

I thought it was a law in Italy rhat the host must meet the guest and hand them the keys. Very dark apartment but quiet
