Communication Issues with the Host: Despite messaging the host a month before our arrival to confirm our check-in time, we never received a response, (the Checkin was at 3 Pm, we reached around 2:15), and were left standing outside with our two young children and luggage. It took few calls to finally get access to the building, which was frustrating. Bathroom and Amenities: The bathroom was quite narrow and cramped, making it difficult for us to move around comfortably. Additionally, we were under the impression there would be a washing machine available, as it was mentioned in the property listing, but it was nowhere to be found upon our arrival. Unstable Bed: One of the beds was flimsy and collapsed while our daughter was sleeping. We had to lift the mattress and attempt to fix the bed ourselves just to use it during the stay, which was inconvenient and disappointing. Lift Issues: While the lift was under repair for two out of the three days of our stay, we were still able to use it when necessary. However, the inconvenience of it being out of order for part of our visit was an added frustration. Luggage Storage: We encountered significant challenges with luggage storage after checking out, as our flight was scheduled for the evening and we had planned to visit the Vatican during the day. The storage location provided by the host was difficult to locate, and after a lengthy search, my husband eventually found the "YOUR LUGGAGE" storage facility hidden in a back street near the food factory restaurant. This delay made us late for our tour, and we felt the host could have been more supportive and available in helping us with this matter. Steps to the Lift: There are about 5-6 steps leading to the lift, which could be challenging for families with strollers or elderly members. Conclusion: Given the lack of support frm d host, maintenance issues, and the challenges we faced during our stay, I would not recommend this property for families
