Lovely New home, Trastevere!

Tolle Lage mitten im Rummel von Trastevere. Freundlicher Kontakt, und wurde bei der Ankunft alles erklärt und gezeigt. Check-out war sehr unkompliziert. Für uns als Familie war es eine super Unterkunft, da beide Kinder (10 und 12) eigene Betten hatten. Die Wohnung liegt zum Innenhof und es war meist ruhig und immer kühl, auch ohne Klimaanlage.

Ein Schlafzimmer kann mit einer Schiebetür abgetrennt werden. Das breite Doppelbett ist im gleichen Raum wie Küche und Sitzbereich/Schlafsofa. Wir mussten außerhalb in einem Parkhaus parken und haben 25 EUR/Tag bezahlt. Die Taschen bei der Wohnung aus- bzw. einzuladen war spannend, da es dort so gut wie nie Parkplätze gibt und die Straßen voller Menschen waren. Die Küche war etwas spärlich ausgestattet, hat für uns aber gepasst.

It was spacious and well fitted out. Attractive presentation. All worked well and the communication was good. I would have preferred to have a bedroom with a door but feel like I am complaining unnecessarily! Fine for a family.

The location was fantastic. The flat was spacious, clean, light, well-decorated and very pleasant to be in. Communication and liaising with the host was perfect.

If I had to make a negative comment. It would have to be walking through the open-plan master bedroom to the bathroom from the second bedroom, but this was not a problem

The host was communicative and met us in person to hand us the key and gave us a tour of the place. The place is spacious, which is good.

I was disappointed that the rooms' setup didn't match what I thought of the photos. The smaller double bed is in a separate area that didn't get the AC. And the bigger bed is situated in an open space next to the kitchen, and it is next to the washroom. The door by the washroom from was stuck so the person sleeping next to the washroom would not have a nice sleep. When we got there, there was no toilet papers. I did share that with the host and she offered to get us some but we were outside so the logistics was not great and we got our own. Also, there is a cabinet right beside the toilet, meaning you can even use the toilet without touching that cabinet. At checkout, we saw a bug in the living room. Overall, the place lacked thoughtfulness for the guests in my opinion. Even though the location is good and convenient, it was not a great experience.
