Elegant and sophisticated apartment in the heart of Rome Trastevere-

We loved the location of this apartment. There was a square where fresh vegetableSellers, fishmongers and pasta makers right outside the apartment. A wonderful playground for children, completely fenced in with all kinds of toys and activities if you have small children. The beds were fabulous, kitchen was small but great. but the shower needed a deep clean. It was not good. On top of that, we had no hot water for 3 days.And couldn't negotiate a reduction with the owner. Wonderful restaurants around. Large grocery store.

I am sure it would have been great to stay. But stay was overbooked

We had a great time, the apartment is very clean, cozy with comfortable beds. Close to many restaurants and markets! Giulio is very friendly and helped us get into the apartment. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to be back soon!!

A very nice location in Trestevare- close to so many amazing restaurants and all the special places in Trestevare. Plus, you can easily walk to the Ponte Sisto and across into the popular areas of Campo De Fiori and more. Easy to get to bus and tram stops as well. Spacious. Furnishings, kitchen and bath somewhat dated, but then, this is Italy. While the host is very nice, we found that they misrepresented that they had working air conditioning. The main room A/C unit had a hand- written note on it that it was out of order, the main bedroom had one working but barely and stopped working on our 2nd of 3 days. The smaller bedroom with twin beds had a more up to date room unit and worked. They offered one old stand up oscillating fan that we moved from room to room for comfort. We knew we were coming in August so chose upon the host listing working air conditioning in the details. The time to check in was longer than necessary after a long day of travel. Make sure that you have the euros to pay at the time of check in for the tourist tax- 5 per day per person. The elevator is a great bonus albeit it small. There is a park right outside so if windows are open it can be a little noisy.
