The pool was warm and nice. It didn’t seem like there were any other guests on the property but us so we had the pool to ourselves.
The lighting was poor. Had to go outside to get ready.
The staff didn’t speak great English, which is to be expected but we ended up overpaying for a driver because they didn’t understand when I asked if the Grab cars are readily available in that area.
The food wasn’t good. There weren’t many options.

Habitaciones unidas muy amplias para ir con niños y familia, instalaciones muy cuidadas con jardín bonito, persona muy amable, director de Hotel muy eficiente nos ayudó
Por hacer una crítica constructiva al Hotel y lo pueda mejorar, el restaurante está un poco escaso de opciones y a veces no hay ciertos alimentos. La comida que tienen está muy buena

Location is close to the Taman Ujung water palace. Room is big. Swimming pool is nice.
The bathroom needs a very badly needed facelift, new furniture and lightings. At the moment, it is really outdated. Lightings need to be better situated.

The room was big and bathroom too. Liked the kitchenette. Quiet, lovely gardens. Liked the room service.
Room was dirty in places. Needed more attention especially under the bed. Lots of cobwebbs and dust.. Property was old, but thats not a problem, just needs a bit of a spruce up and it would be good.
