Would love to come back to this area next time I'm in Bali.

The location is great, close to the beach and in an area very close to many tourist attractions. The koi ponds in front of the decks are delightful and the lovely gardens and privacy around the bungalows was better than I expected. The staff were helpful and very happy.

The only thing I could fault was the swimming pool being quite warm, more trees to give shade would help but it's Bali and most pools are warm.

A great location on the main road in Candidasa, but very quiet. We were in one of the villas at the back. Lovely spacious room with a koi carp pond out the front. The staff were amazing and so friendly. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The swimming pool was lovely, very quiet but we did stay out of season. Easy access from here to many attractions.

Maybe cut the bushes/shrubs back round the villas area as it made the rooms quite dark.

A faded beauty of a hotel

Location , the waterpools and gardens surrounding the rooms were charming and added to privacy. .

The room smelt musty, but incense helped camouflage. The breakfast was limited in choice dominated by a fixed price. After five days of the same our excitement waned. The pool area needed new tiling work. Dreadful sewerage smell on walk to our room!

Wonderful staff, brilliant location. Eating fabulous breakfast delivered to the private balcony in the morning. Gorgeous gardens.

Bed was a bit hard for my partner but I don't mind a firm mattress.

Wow wow wow the best stay I have ever had in candidasa

Wow wow wow this place is just so beautiful, it has koi fish swimming around in pond just outside your room and the beautiful manager Sudi gives you food to feed them everyday! The location is just perfect and the food is amazing!!!! All of the staff are just so nice and helpful and always smiling making my trip just so special!! Extra shout out to Sudi the manager who goes above and beyond at all times, whenever I needed anything she was always present with a beautiful smile and so very helpful 😀

Scammers!

Scammers! I paid for my stay online, but when I arrived, the reception was closed, and I couldn’t check in. They falsely claim to have 24/7 reception and are refusing to refund my money. Avoid this place!

Super gezellig en professioneel personeel

Wij komen al jaren naar The Water Garden vanwege het zeer vriendelijke personeel. Altijd blije en ontspannen sfeer, het is even thuis komen. De verzorging is echt geweldig, ze staan altijd voor je klaar. Het eten in het restaurant is van goede kwaliteit en smaakvol. De bungalows in de waterrijke tuin zijn prima gesitueerd. De inrichting is gezellig en de bedden zijn goed

Helaas zijn de bungalows de laatste jaren niet goed onderhouden en worden niet goed schoongehouden. Het terrein rondom het zwembad moet hoognodig worden vernieuwd. We hopen dat de eigenaar in de komende periode hier actief mee aan de slag gaat.

I beskrivningen stod att det skulle finnas: tofflor, telefon, bar och tv, inte jätteviktigt, men ändå. Wi-fi var totalt kass i vår bungalow, likaså städningen.

Vacker trädgård med vattendammar, fiskar och blommor. Dricksvatten var påfyllt dagligen Underbar personal, både hjälpsam och vänlig

Enligt beskrivningen skulle det finnas bra wi-fi men den var halvkass. Ingen tv, inga tofflor. Absolut inte en nödvändighet men detta stod ändå i beskrivningen

Perfekt

Det er et så hyggeligt sted og personalet er så søde og hjælpsomme… Vi tjekkede meget sent ind om aften og selvom ham der sad i reception ikke lige havde fået besked(vi var flyttede fra et andet sted og gav dem kun 30 min. Til vi var der) Så var han så sød og bare fandt et “hytte” til os, ved alle hytter er der dir. Fiskedam og de er så sjove… når de kan se der er mennesker kommer der(måske pga. mad🤭🤣) men det er så skønt og hyggeligt og have dem lige ved din terrasse.

Un hôtel au TOP !!

Cet hôtel est superbe !! Nous avons passé 3 nuits et tout était parfait ! La chambre est un vrai petit coin de paradis et c’est un bonheur de profiter de la piscine où l’eau est chaude !! Le personnel est adorable, nous avons eu besoin de faire laver notre linge, ils l’ont fait de suite et on l’a récupéré le lendemain , ils nous ont aussi trouvé un chauffeur très rapidement…. Bref c’était un véritable plaisir de séjourner au water garden hôtel !!

Ottimo hotel, soggiorno bellissimo

Le camere sono spaziose e ben arredate, ma è soprattutto l’esterno che mi ha colpita: un giardino acquatico pazzesco!! Lo staff è molto gentile e disponibile, il cibo ottimo! Spero un giorno di poterci tornare!

Della struttura mi è piaciuto tutto! Della zona invece non mi è piaciuto il fatto che i driver locali non permettano agli autisti di Grab di entrare in quell’area, costringendo i turisti ad avvalersi dei loro servizi (più costosi).
