The view fm my balcony room 5b was lovely and the location central to everything in Candidasa

Shame they don’t have breakfast in offer And a shame the sun umbrellas have been removed

Location was great with beach views right outside our room and plenty of cafes and restaurants. Our room faced the pool which was really nice.

It’s not clean. Stayed 2 nights with no replacement towels, toilet paper not topped up, no bottled water or kettle. Room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

We chose the Seaview room which has a balcony. Best choice Value for money

Overall, the entire area is pleasant. The architecture of the buildings and garden is pleasant. The pool is good. There is a pleasant relaxation area with a sea view, but only six sun loungers. The water recedes in the evenings and there are small beaches. The location is good. There are shops, a pharmacy, and restaurants. The room was quiet, without any annoying street noise. The bedding did not smell damp. The seats on the terrace are comfortable and pleasant. Daily housekeeping. Apart from the very old dirt in the bathroom, it was generally clean. Helpful, friendly staff.

The biggest problem is the bathrooms. HORRIBLE! I had to change rooms because the sink smelled terribly. It smelled like something was rotting in the pipe. Terrible. And there was mold. The new room smelled good, but there was a water leak on the wall, so limescale had been building up there for years! It looked awful and was constantly wet. There was also old soap scum and mold everywhere. It was a very old mess. No one had cleaned the place properly in years. The towels were very old. NO WIFI in room. Wifi is only available in the reception area, so the further you go down the room, the worse it gets. My room only had wifi on the terrace, and it was very weak and intermittent. There was no kettle or fridge in the room, so the amenities were very poor.
