I like this hotel. Good value for money. Staff friendly

Relaxing and wonderful room with the best bed, pillows and shower in Bali.
The trainee lady Wendy in the restaurant was so nice. Beautiful young lady.
Hopefully we will see her next time.
Staff were fantastic.
The breakfast was great and we ate at the restaurant a few times and the meals were really good.
Our second time here and we would definitely stay again.

I have lost count how many times I have stayed at Hotel Genggong. I just have to keep coming back as I adore the place especially the loving staff and a still traditional experience of Bali. Room 32 is so accommodation with a direct view of the sea and hotel grounds. The staff excel in every thing they attempt. The food is scrumptious especially UDANG. You can snorkel directly out front or get a local fisherman to boat you to Blue Lagoon or Virgin Beach.

The staff were amazing, nothing too much trouble. Beautiful sea view from Royal room, large space.
Probably the most uncomfortable bed ever slept in,very hard and everytime you moved it creaked loudly. Never slept properly at all. Mentioned it to staff but not much response. Showed us a smaller room but bed still creaked.. getting a bit old, but with some more TLC and small improvements could feel a lot better.
