Air conditioner took a while to work out

Good communication with the owner to get into the building. Very responsive and good English. Clean and comfortable room. Good location. Reasonable to get to using public transportation from the airport with maybe a 10min walk that was manageable even with luggage.
Be prepared and able to walk up several flights of stairs with your luggage. I felt it was manageable.

The location was excellent. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Having a shared kitchen was also very nice.
The only downside of our stay was that the mattresses in our room seemed quite old and were noticeably sagging in the middle, which affected the quality of our sleep. Replacing them would greatly improve guests’ comfort.

Good location in Trastevere
Clunky and rude phone call and check in process from property manager. Cannot use the aircon (was told not allowed until 1st June). Hard bed, very hard pillows!
