    The hotel is located on a quiet street, about 6-minute walk from the nearest U-bahn station. Staying here helps me relaxed, away from the busy crowd of the city.

    This was the worst experience ever. A twin room for *** per night, and they basically roasted their guests like BBQ meat. The outside temperature was around 20°C, but the room was constantly over 30°C! The in-room phone didn’t work, so I had to physically go down to the front desk to speak with someone. The receptionist casually told me, “Yes, the phone is broken.” As for the air conditioning? They admitted it was due to a system error and a malfunctioning central unit—so the room temperature stayed above 30°C. When will it be fixed? “Maybe after Easter,” she said—completely indifferent, with no sense of responsibility, and certainly no apology. Immediately afterward, she went back to laughing and chatting loudly with her colleague in German, as if everything was fine. This hotel is absolutely NOT recommended in any way!
