A well managed family style hotel. Super friendly staff, especially the old gentleman who serves coffee in every breakfast!
Room is tidy and comfortable, although not too big. All facilities are in good condition, typical German hotel.
The entrance is closed during late night, but no obvious guide is offered. You may feel confused if you arrive late night.

The room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot water in the shower felt lovely. We picked up our hotel room key from the restaurant next door, and the gentleman who helped us was very kind and funny.
I booked a comfort double room but upon entering my room, I was given a much smaller room that I didn't book. Internet did not work at all either. I visited Munich for a business trip and it was a huge inconvenience to not have WiFi during the stay. The blow dryer wasn't functioning either, and there was no option to get help from front desk since no one was working there ever since we arrived around 7pm.
