Myoko Mountain Lodge

Lovely location. Easy walk to town, morning transportation to different mountains in the area / the train station on departure, and lots of fun to be there. Private shower/bath to enjoy in the evenings, perfect introduction to onsen culture if you haven't done that before. Michael and Tamami were lovely hosts, giving recommendations for food in the evenings (when they aren't serving dinner for an extra charge at night - highly recommend trying Tamami's cooking!). Very social spot to be in, fun talking to the other guests in the common area.

The beds were a little stiff for our preferences, but that seems pretty standard in Japan, so there wasn't anything we didn't like!

Tamami and Michael are wonderful hosts and treated us like family. Their home is beautiful and comfortable, their breakfasts are big and delicious, and Tamami's meals are spectacular. Thank you both for being so caring and for looking after us so well!

ご夫婦でされている民宿ですが、スノーレジャーに特化しているのか山小屋の雰囲気があります。 しかしお風呂もありますし、独立したお部屋空調もしっかり、なにせ非常にお値段が安くかつ清潔です。 そのうえ、過度な接客もなく個人的には非常に好感を持てた宿泊設備でした。

フロントが、内装工事中でした。非常に清楚できれいな建屋で今後も期待ができますが、ちょっと残念でした。
