The staff were amazing. They always went far beyond what was required. A great local experience. Home cooked meals served food with a smile. Very knowledgeable about the local area and always willing to help. Thanks so much for a memorable visit.

What a gem of accommodation at the snow! We booked very last minute (a week before), and even though we had hoped to stay close to the restaurants at Akakura centre, the authenticity of this hotel made it worthwhile! They offer a shuttle (takes only 15mins) to and from the ski resort run by such a lovely man Haru. The onsen each day after snowboarding all day was amazing, the restaurant and bar onsite served good food. The staff were all lovely. We would definitely stay again.
