Should not be open with all the refurb.

We were told the restaurant was closed for refurb, but not that half the hotel was closed and major work was being done. No pool, no terrace, breakfast was average - no hot food. Very disappointed.

Nice hotel with good facilities and friendly staff - not too far from Pisa

God condition ( all redone ) by the sea and helpful staff .

Next to a very narrow stony beach but a long way from sandy beaches - with children it meant driving the car somewhere else rather than walking ten paces to the beach there . This is location rather than any issue with the hotel itself . Breakfast was average . Fee very local restaurants .

Nice building, very clean and its right near the beach.

Very small rooms, also the ac makes a lot of noise and the rooms are not well isolated which led to many noises coming in from outside.

Outside of the town so was nice and quiet and right on the sea front. Staff were very warm and welcoming. We were just unlucky with the weather.

The coffee was not included with the breakfast. The room was small.

Excellent hotel close to Livorno

Excellent stay close to Livorno! The room was small, but we had everything we needed. Our room was the last available one, so we had street view. With ocean view would be perfect. It was very clean. We loved the location because it's on the beach and the style of the hotel. The breakfast was also very good, with view to the sea. Staff was very kind and gave us all the information about the things we asked. There's also free parking very close to the entrance. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

Stifling hot rooms on noisy street. Ok in winter but not in summer.

Nice view and charming old building

It’s a very loud location on the Main Street where motos and cars buzz all night. Hotel advertises air conditioned rooms (at least they did when we booked) yet no air conditioning was “available”. That being said they state it was an Italy wide directive (which we 100% understands happens) however, they still charge the rate of a hotel WITH air conditioning. They should not be so lazy & note this on their marketing materials or remove it and don’t charge the price of a hotel with air conditioning. The windows do not have screens so if you open them to use with a fan, mosquito’s, light and more noise come in. After pleading our case they offered a 10€ discount 😂. Comparable hotels in style and offering were charging 30€-€60 less a night without air conditioning.

Works for ferry catchers, not for long stays

Location was great for catching early ferry to Corsica the next morning. Beds were clean and comfortable

So DREAMY!! Favorite night in Italy!

AMAZING!!! This hotel was my favorite place we stayed on our 9 day trip in Italy. It's beautiful in every way. Rooms were spotless. AC was ice cold and felt so great on a hot day. The large breakfast area is beautiful and the breakfast was the best one we had on our entire trip. Tons of variety- meats, cheeses, best croissants I've had in my life, as well as drinks and beautiful pastries. The large outdoor deck upstairs was great for gathering my family (we had three rooms of family all travelling together) There was lots of seating but it was not crowded. The deck overlooks the sea and it's just so tranquil and peaceful. We went down to the little rocky shoreline and cooled off in the water. It was so refreshing! Rooms were very comfortable. Staff was the BEST! So helpful and attentive to our needs. There is free private parking on site, and they lock the gate at night so it felt very secure. The hotel is literally right on the water and with no adjacent hotels it felt really private and peaceful. Honestly if I could do my trip over again, I would have stayed an extra night or two here instead of just passing through.

Good hotel, good location away from the business of the city.

Good breakfast, reasonably priced with plenty of choice. Located a few kilometres from the old town and port, there were still plenty of restaurants nearby. Lovely view of the sea and the hotel was very attractive. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean.

As we were in low season, the pool was not open and the restaurant did not serve lunch or dinner but we did not chose the hotel specifically for that.

Ok stay with nice location

Location was pretty nice 10m from the beach. Really nice hotel terrace overlooking beach and beautiful panoramic view. Plenty of parking in front of the hotel.

Hotel itself needs exterior renovation just as courtyard. Breakfast is pretty basic with no hot meals. Overall ok experience but not worth asked rate the one night.

The proximity to the Mediterranean was super. Staff was more than helpful. Breakfast was great and the sound of the Mediterranean Sea washing up on the shores from our window was more than like a dream come true 🧚‍♀️

Perfect location and easy parking

Zero atmosphere, wired and poor service, you get a “welcome present” when checking in consisting from water, shampoo and toilet paper as nothing in room.

Superb

It is very well located at the sea side, with easy access into the Livorno City Center. The reception is exceptionally friendly and professional to make your stay really worthwhile, certainly given the price-performance ratio. The rooms are fully renovated and luxurious, including large windows. Breakfast is very good quality and again great service. And very convenient to park the car at the property. Thank you for an excellent stay

Beautiful hotel to stay for few nights. + terrace with a sea view + pool with few private sunbeds (howver the gate to the sea was unfortunately closed due to covid) + parking in the yard + tasty breakfast + friendly and helpful staff

. - the hotel looks beautiful but on the second look you will notice it could use some fixing - the room could be little more spacious, no place to dry your swimsuits - not much around, the closest restaurants still tooks some time to walk - the close "shopping centre" looked like from 50 years ago - no nice beach around
