Great location, excellent pool, perfect xtay!

Some good point but overall I wouldn’t stay again

Really excellent front desk staff, cannot be faulted! A nice big apartment and the parking once one works out where it is good. The location is also nice. Without the negative points I’d be rating a 7 or 8. The room was fairly cheap.

No hot water. Air conditioner turned on but didn’t cool at all. Some dirtiness in various bits of the room. Property a bit dilapidated in general. A lot of traffic on the road going past and packed parking spots made it hard to actually get checked in.

One night stay before our return flight.

Close to the beach and the room was clean.

You could hear everything from the hall in the living room/kitchen. The sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable. The swimming pool was a still closed, even though it said on booking that it was suppose to open on the day of our arrival.

Overall okay.

Cooking facilities were not satisfactory. In our case being British people, had not facilities to boil water to make a drink of tea. We had to boil water in a pan which which becomes more expensive for you. No microwave, this appliance is extremely importante to make quick meal and make cheaper for you. a small oven would be useful. Also, there was a mismatch of cutlery. May be a cutlery set would be nice and cutting knifes. Also, a bottle opener would be useful, we had to go to next door pizzeria to open a bottle of wine. These are very very basic appliances and utensils to have in a self catering. We didn’t realise that the swimming pool was not was not workng.

Very nice beach. Apartment was relatively clean. Air conditioning works but was noisy.

Pool was closed half of the our vacation and when it opens it was quite dirty. No garbage containers anywhere, staff said that I can bring them into reception. Dirty corridors, poor beds, only 1 key availble for apartment. Everything was so old and defective that it seemed like nothing was repaired during last 20 years.

Never again, tons of hidden fees, not really a beach resort.

Allows dogs, reception staff is nice, air conditioner is great, has full kitchen, bar has reasonable prices

Beach not included in price and that’s not stated anywhere, room was not cleaned well (shower drain was not cleaned in months judging by the glob of hair found clogging it), staff at the beach was rude and impossible to distinguish as actual staff, blow dryer was a toy , no shampoo and no soap provided, not made clear shower caps are a must to be able to enter the pool (all other signs are translated but not that one). It's fine to have beach umbrella as an extra fee but not advertising it as an added fee makes it sound included in price which is why I booked. They must be running on the assumption guests assume its included then when its too late and you are already there--extra charges are thrown in. After realizing this i checked everywhere on their booking.com page and even on their home resort page and nowhere is that stated. Same with the shower caps, its fine and maybe most resorts in Italy require them but its not written anywhere until you actually get to the pool- as a non-Italian there's no way I would have known and then my only option would be to buy theirs. ABSOLUTE SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. DO NOT BOOK.

a large complex which was virtually empty so it was very quiet. large apartment on the second floor with sea view. apartment was clean and adequate facilities. fine bed.

BEST JOURNEY EVER

De Valeria it was fantastic, it has a lot of really good apartments and all of them are big and clean. The swimming pool is gorgeous, huge and with a very friendly lifeguard.

Nice outdoors, basic indoors

the swimming pool, the gardens and the fact that even though the resort was full, it never felt crowded. It was also quiet.

I booked an apartment with a balcony. I was given a smaller room with no balcony. The reply from the manager was : "this was mistake from Booking, the apartment has no balcony, you can take this one or leave and I will give you the money back". There was no apologies, no offering us some money back for the fact I had paid for a better apartment! For the first time in my life I was downgraded ! Booking was also impossible to reach , was one hour on the phone with no luck. The apartment itself is pretty basic , I think they are mostly catering for italians who drive and bring all their kitchen appliances. There was no toaster, no kettle, no microwave, no kitchen towels, and only one pan, so don't expect to do much cooking.

Seeside holiday resort

Spacious 1 bedroom apartmen with terace, pool, parking, own beach, good beach bar and nice pool bar, airconditioning, nice view (see and park). New owners who are doing their best to make thing better. They are at the beginnig though, but if they keep this entusiams, friendlyness, and the willing to make this place better, this resort will be shortly a great place

We missed the microwave, the fridge has no freezer (not possible to make ice or to store some ice creams), only 1 key per apartmen (we were 4 people), so "logistic" was difficult.

Big garden. Especially very big and very nice pool. Very close to the beach. 30 mins by car to Pisa, 45 mins to Lucca or Siena. 1 hour to Firenze., 10 mins to Livorno. Good for exploring these towns.

Sometimes, when the wind changed, it smelled bad from about 3 km far away rafinery plant. Mosquitos which were resistant against the anti-mosquitos devices ;-)

Pleasant

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They tried to resolve complaints quickly. The swimming pool is awesome.

The entire place needs to be renovated and the apartment we were in was not clean. The couch was moldy but the staff resolved this quickly. The aircon was temperamental. It could be an amazing resort.

Mann ist sich vor gekommen in ein Krankenhaus aus den 1 Weltkrieg und es wahr kein Personal Vorort beim Einmieten die Lage war auch nich so optimal weil sehr viel verfallene Häuser wahren neben der Bundeswehr Station.

L’absence d’ustensiles de cuisine, décoration horrible, propreté douteuse (présence d’insectes et poussière partout) et environnement glauque. On s’est même demandé si on était bien dans une résidence hôtelière ou une cité déserte. Personne à l’accueil en revanche très gentille et cordiale. On était soulagé de partir.

Ideal Lage um problemlos und schnell eine Fähre zu erreichen. Gut für eine Zwischenübernachtung

Hier werden einfache aber ausreichend möblierte Appartments ohne Frühstück vermietet. Ideale Lage wenn man vom Fährhafen eine Überfahrt nach Sardinien usw. gebucht hat. Fahrzeit zur Fähre 10Minuten. Ruhige Zimmer da hier an der Haupstrasse nachts sehr wenig Verkehr ist. Parken im öffentlichen Bereich an der Strasse möglich, abgesperrter Parkplatz (ca 3 Minuten zu Fuß) war auch dabei. Pizzeria-Restaurant in der Anlage, aber Ruhetag erfragen. Andere Restaurants in der Nähe, mit dem PKW in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Späte Anreise kein Problem, einfach vorher Bescheid geben und Schlüssel wird entsprechend hinterlegt.

Große Appartmentanlage die schon etwas in die Tage gekommen ist. Im Sommer herrscht hier im gesamten Bereich sicher Hochbetrieb, jetzt eher wenig bewohnt.
