Art Studio Turnovo

➕ The apartment is lovely, right in the city centre, close to many good restaurants and shops, and only at a 25-minute walk from the impressive Veliko Tarnavo Fortress. The place is clean and cosy, and has a great view over the river and the main monument of the city. The host is nice, she speaks fluent English and has plenty recommendations for her guests.

➖ The bedrooms are connected, they don’t have separate entrances; this was not a problem for us, though.

A perfect place to spend a mini-holiday in Veliko Tarnovo! The location is perfect placed, in the city center, next to shops and restaurants. The apartment is very roomy and beautiful, with old woodden floors and furniture, but also with modern facilities and appliances. The beds were super confy. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, above the river and the Assen monument. All the beautiful hilly panorama is right in front of your eyes. Eli, the host, speaks perfect English, she is very helpful and kind. She also had a parking spot for us, which is very important and hard to find in Veliko Tarnovo. I would rate her a 20, if possible. Definitely a place to return to, for the autumn colours!

The bedrooms are on the street side and that was a bit noisy during night. Not a problem for us, though.
