50 meter van zee en oude stad
5 minuten lopend van de kabelbaan busstation en boulevard
Het omhoog klimmen naar appartement was maar 30 meter
De prettige ontvangst door gustavo en zijn vrouw

Sehr zentrale Lage. Wenige Meter zum Meer und einem netten Platz zum verweilen. Trotzdem sehr ruhige Lage, da Wohnung zum Hinterhof (sogar Blick auf das Meer vom Balkon!). Tiefgaragenplatz falls man einen Mietwagen nimmt vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat praktisch alles was man braucht. Gut eingerichtete Küche mit riesigem Kühlschrank + Tiefkühlschrank. Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen... mir fällt nichts ein, was gefehlt haben könnte.
Der Dunstventilator im Bad (hat kein Fenster) ist etwas laut. Türklinken von Bad und großem Zimmer könnten auch etwas Öl vertragen um weniger zu quietschen.

Tolle Lage, sehr nette Gastgeber.
Es gibt alles was man benötigt in der Nähe (Supermarkt, Restaurants,..)

Wir haben den Vermieter informiert, als wir am Flughafen in Funchal losgefahren sind. Wir wurden vor dem Haus begrüßt. Es gab sogar eine Tiefgarage. In der Wohnung haben wir eine ausführliche Erklärung bekommen. Alles super!
Eigentlich war alles toll. Die Appartmentanlage ist ein bisschen hellhörig, sodass man auch mitten in der Nacht Schritte oder auch Dusche der Nachbarn hörte.
