It is located excellently close proximity to the Duomo and it is fantastic! Lovely lady explained everything and was welcoming!
Remodeling. However, it is going on and you still can see everythig because you will be mostly in the city and enjoying Firenze!

Posizione centralissima con ristoranti e pizzerie ottime sotto casa. Tutti i luoghi più famosi di Firenze sono raggiungibili a piedi nel centro storico.
Il quarto piano senza ascensore è ovviamente scomodo da raggiungere. Ma di questo eravamo a conoscenza perchè per trasparenza è ben segnalato al momento della prenotazione.

The location was so close to every museum we wanted to see. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the activity below. Apt is 2 levels so it gave us (mother and adult mother) some separate space. It was cozy comfortable and well supplied with necessities.
I was aware it was 4 long flights up (thus the great view) with no lift. IF you have mobility issues (like my bad knee) take note however we are still glad we chose Rita’s apartment!
