The location was excellent and super central. The rooms were both huge, and we had all our luggage out and plenty of room to spare. The heaters all worked great and the beds were comfy. It was neat staying in a palace building and you see see the top of the duomo from our bedroom windows :).
They keys you have to jimmy to get to work. They gave us 2 sets, and 1 set did work much better than the other though (once we figured out which one was the better set).

The communication and local knowledge were exceptional. The beds were excellent as was the size of the bedrooms. We enjoyed our stay.
There was nothing we didn’t like. It was as advertised and very comfortable. We missed having a lounge room but we knew that there wasn’t one so as expected.
